Sonstrid Border Collies is located in South East Queensland and our dogs are our family. We base our everyday lives around loving and competing with our dogs in the sports that they love. We compete in Agility, flyball, rally-o, canine disc, tricks and more recently conformation. First and foremost though our dogs are our family and they hang out with us all day inside and outside the home.

We are a small breeder with only the two bitches and our beloved companion boy. Our litters are bred mainly when we plan to expand the family. Our puppies are suitable for active, enriching, loving families and performance homes, with preference being placed to sporting homes.

Our breeding goals are to produce Confident, well adjusted, happy, loving and structurally sound pups to suit the lifestyle of their future homes. We raise our puppies with ENS & ESI as well as using puppy culture methods which ensures your pups best chance at being confident and happy for life. Puppy homes will not be selected until pups are 6-8 weeks old.

All our dogs have Up to date DNA panel testing as well as Hip & Elbow scores at a minimum.

We are a small select kennel based near Albury Wodonga on the NSW & Victorian border. We participate in Obedience, Rally-O, Agility and conformation competitions.

We breed borders who are suitable as pets and faithful companions and dogs with strong drive suitable for working or performance homes. Our dogs include classic black & whites, chocolates, reds and merles.

Our priority for all our dogs is a sound temperament. All our breeding dogs are tested for hereditary health issues and their eyes, hips and elbows screened for soundness.

He has beautiful dark eyes, strong muzzle, correct scissor bite, straight topline and easy free flowing correct movement. He is clear faced, red, has a confident outgoing temperament, and is happy and friendly with dogs and people.

He is lead and crate trained and almost toilet trained.

This litter was produced from imported frozen semen from Sweden and all pups ooze with quality with many outstanding dogs behind the pedigree from overseas and Australia.

Both Parents are hip and elbowed scored, DM, JME, Heart Checked (dam), EAOD (sire), and DNA profiled with excellent results. Results can be provided on request.
