Been with this breed for almost 30 years and with smoothies since 1993. Just imported a black smooth female from Finland out of well-known and awarded Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, German and English bloodlines. She is officially health tested (hips, elbows, knees, eyes + no entropion). Finished her title in Finland being one one of the youngest smooth BOB winning females there. All the possible colours in her 5 gen pedigree. 58 out of 62 chows in her pedigree have hip scores of which 55 have healthy hips + several of them have also their elbows, knees and eyes officially tested. We also have two smooth males (cream and black) available at stud. We have owned and bred Chows for over 30 years, just love this breed. Our pack have Red or Black colours, with Ruff or Smooth coats. We also show our Chows to confirm that they conform to the Chow Chow breed standard. We are a small breeder/exhibitor kennel where our Chows are household members, pampered pets first, show dogs second. We health test our Chows to try and ensure healthy active pups. Our dogs are Hip & Elbow scored and ACES eye test to confirm their health prior to breeding.
