Breeders of the amazing Cane Corso. NAKOA kennels is NZKC ( New Zealand Kennel Club ) & ICCF ( International Cane Corso Federation ) registered. Home to New Zealand's first two European Imports and New Zealands only Italian & Multi Champion Cane Corso. Located in Taranaki on the North Island of New Zealand. NAKOA kennels is a small family run kennel based on our 6 acre family property overlooking the ocean. We have three children who all play a huge roll in the raising/training of all our puppies and dogs. Working with top breeders around the world NAKOA is making high quality selections to enhance our breeding program. Our goal is to raise the standard of the Cane Corso on this side of the world. To responsibly breed good quality healthy Corso's with correct conformation and stable temperaments in accordance with the FCI ( Italian ) breed standard specifications.  NAKOA is very excited about our next generation of selective breeding taking place. Huge plans are falling into place and we are very excited to see the results.

Numoda is located on a wonderful lifestyle property allowing plenty of space for our Cane Corsos and Bullmastiffs. Ebony's extremely exciting and accomplished show career can be viewed via her profile. She is an extremely good example of the breed both in terms of confirmation and temperament. She has been my absolute dream show dog and more than I could have ever dreamed of. 2018 she had a rest from the show ring, only being shown on special occasions like the NZ National Dog Show. Ebony and her daughter Rain are the only Coros in New Zealand to have won Best in Show and Reserve Best in Show awards. Two very exciting ladies to have out in the show arena, though opportunities for this have been extremely limited over the past years due to cancelled shows due to COVID.

The dam for the second litter is Australian Champion Firebright Midnight Symphony. Both dams are daughter's of USA Champion Scandifio's Baloo Bear of Sophia, from the famous Scandifio kennel.
