We have been vizsla owners for the past 20 years and believe they are the most wonderful breed imaginable. We live on a rural property in Red Hill, Mornington Peninsula, Victoria where our vizslas enjoy farm life. Our dogs are keen stalkers of wildlife and love swimming. They are extremely active, playful and affectionate. We are infrequent breeders of high quality vizslas. We follow the breed standard and focus on breeding for affectionate temperament, instinctive ability and correct conformation. Our vizslas are from the superb Agasvari bloodline and we aim to breed for true Hungarian looks and conformation. A potential vizsla owner must be prepared for daily exercise and spending a lot of time with their new companion as vizslas love being with you. Vizslas make excellent family members with their superb temperament and beautiful personalities. Our puppies are handled by ourselves and our children from an early age and will make fabulous pets, superb hunters or would excel in showing, obedience or other disciplines. Puppies are sold to approved homes only. They have limited registration and will be vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and vet checked.

Blashadon Hungarian Vizslas is a boutique kennel with the objective to improve the quality of our Vizslas via carefully planned matings We aim to produce puppies of exceptional quality with matings only to those that have clear DNA health checks and excellent hip and elbow results. Puppies are raised on premium feed, regular worming at 2 week intervals from 2 weeks to 12 weeks, vaccinated, microchipped and health checks at 6 weeks. Puppies will come with ANKC (Dogs Vic) pedigrees on the limited register (which means not for breeding, show or export). Our beautiful Xena is having pups due early December and able to go to there new homes early February. Xena being a small vizsla and mated with a medium size vizsla the pups will be a perfect size for anyone looking for the smaller end of the breed. Xena is fully imported from California USA. Metropolis is helping to rehome a 7 month old desexed female vizsla and a 10 month old female vizsla. Both are well behaved and used to living in the house, very affectionate and easy going. We are rehoming these girls solely due to changes in family circumstances. Fully vaccinated, microchipped, lead and house trained, the 7 month old comes with lifetime support by BarkBusters, the 10 month old has completed puppy school, both have lived with children.
