I am excited to announce I have taken on the highly successful breeding program “Elettars Vizsla” from Trish Johnson & Damen Winch, a successful top winning breeding program with 24 years dedicated to this wonderful breed. Carrying on Trish and Damens vision for Elettars, I am committed to producing dogs for temperament, conformation and health.

Involved in the breed since 1998, our bloodlines are unique in the Southern Hemisphere. Significant investment in importing healthy semen and dogs from some of the world's most successful kennels. We rely mainly on word of mouth so we can invest in our dogs and breeding program. Our dogs are Best In Show, Best In Specialty and Best In Group winners, winners at Sydney Royal Easter Show, and Show Champions with significant international success in the UK and the USA. One of our dogs is the youngest to ever win a Challenge Certificate in the UK, at its biggest 2 day show, competing against 75 other vizslas. Significant hours are invested in preparing each pup his or her new home, educating and supporting our puppy families, and providing resources. We are small family run kennel. We have had Vizslas for over 7 years. Our dogs are part of the family, have sound temperaments, suited for pet or sport homes, as long as their genetic needs are met and understood. They have had the required breed testing. Yellara are located on the rural edge of Sydney, 1 hour from Sydney Airport. We are a small kennel that only occasionally breeds.

Ekvar is a small home based kennel dedicated to breeding happy and healthy puppies with sound temperaments and outstanding conformation. Our dogs and puppies are raised in a family environment and are used in hunting, obedience trial and conformation shows. Metropolis Hungarian Vizslas has one male English style pup available, dob 28 September 2024. Dam and numerous relatives are available to meet. We also have an upcoming litter, with relatives available to meet. 25 years experience in the breed plus 30+ years in professional services means our practices are evidence based, comply with Breeders Codes, and continuously improved. International Champions on both sides of our pedigrees, but our first criteria are health and temperament. All our dogs are all raised in our home as pets, and known for their calm biddable temperaments (as well as their prize winning physiques). Metropolis is helping to rehome a 7 month old desexed female vizsla and a 10 month old female vizsla. Both are well behaved and used to living in the house, very affectionate and easy going. We are rehoming these girls solely due to changes in family circumstances. Fully vaccinated, microchipped, lead and house trained, the 7 month old comes with lifetime support by BarkBusters, the 10 month old has completed puppy school, both have lived with children.
