Ambrecreek is a small family oriented kennel on several acres. My dogs are part of the family and also enjoy lots of outdoor space to run and play in beautiful natural surroundings. In this great environment they grow up relaxed and outgoing.

The friendly and gentle nature of our dogs are a testament to their breeding and lifestyle. When I breed my dogs, it is to bring out the best of these quality Golden Retriever attributes, always striving for dogs with gentle even temperaments, high intelligence and good health. In particular I also try to make sure the dogs are athletic and retain their natural instinct for retrieving and obedience and adhere to the breed standard.

The line includes some dogs that have excelled in Agility and Obedience work as well as show champions in their pedigree ancestries as well.

For nearly 25 years, Cadenzahgold has been breeding high quality, healthy, ANKC registered golden retrievers suited for all purposes.

All our breeding dogs are hip & elbow scored, have clear heart certificates & hold current clear eye certificates. We also DNA test all parents for common genetic disorders such as Ichthyosis and PRA1 & PRA2 (Progressive Retinal Atrophy) & ensure that suitable sires are chosen so none of our puppies affected by these conditions. Our bitches are bred to quality stud dogs & show champions with a focus on health & temperament.

All puppies are born inside our home & then raised with a high level of attention to diet and socialisation. All puppies are weaned onto a hybrid combination of Royal Canin & raw.

Our puppies are also raised with lots of enrichment activities including a puppy club house, puppy gym, sand pit & lots of toys. We have an amazing dedicated indoor puppy play area that includes ball pit, puppy swing, wobble board & many many toys for our babies to learn and play with.

We have healthy, happy, well tempered puppies that are raised both inside & outside, learning to amuse themselves around our home in large open spaces, where they are socialised to cars driving up & down driveways, excavators digging, ride on and push lawn mowers, horses, chickens, cats, adult dogs, visitors coming and going, campfires and the general mayhem of a busy country property.

We are a small breeder located near Kilmore, Vic with over 15yrs experience.
All our golden's have beautiful temperaments and have been raised in a loving family with children and other animals. We live out of town on acreage so our girls have also grown up around the farm, spending their time swimming in the dam and loving the farm life.

We have two beautiful girls Lupe and Indy both with a lovely gentle natures. Lupe is a mid golden colour and Indy is a dark golden. So we often have darker coloured pups.
Both girls have passed all their health requirements for breeding and have been DNA tested.

As a breeder for 35 years, & an obedience instructor I understand the importance of prioritising temperament when breeding, and of raising a puppy that will easily adjust to family life.

I follow the PUPPY CULTURE program (using their books, videos & a seminar attended) to ensure that pups are provided with enrichment protocols to nurture outgoing, confident puppies that are a pleasure to train and to live with. I breed on a very limited scale due to the huge investment of time this takes, but it reaps the reward of a well balanced puppy!

Our gorgeous mid-gold girl, Trulore Tomorrows Another Day(Scarlett), and her beautiful rich-gold niece, Trulore Field Of Daisies(Daisy)have presented us with two gorgeous litters of puppies!
Scarlett has 6 girls/3 boys, Daisy has 5 girls/2 boys!
Dad of both litters is our handsome man, Burani Prince of Tides(River), the 3 x Great-Grandson of our first wonderful boy(Patrick, 1994-2010).
All parents have excellent health test results, low hip and elbow scores, clear eyes and clear heart certificates. River holds a complete, clear DNA profile.
Our puppies are born and raised in our noisy country home with a lot of love and cuddles.
