We have been breeding Golden Retrievers since the late 1990s. Although we don't show or trial regularly anymore, we have in the past and may again in the future, instead focussing on exhibiting our Dobermanns at this time. Despite this we place great value on type and conformation and our dogs pedigrees contain Grand and Supreme Champions, as well as imports from England, Scandinavia and elsewhere in Europe. Our goal is to breed quality family companions with a focus on soundness, health, longevity and temperament. All of our dogs and bitches have been hip & elbow scored, have ophthalmologist certificates and sound hearts. John is an ANKC Group 3 and Group 6 conformation judge and obedience judge. We breed 1-2 Golden Retriever litters per year. General enquiries welcomed by phone call and email only please; no SMS text messages. We are a Registered Breeder of cream Golden Retrievers. There are currently two females and a male available from the current litter and ready for their forever homes middle of January. The puppies will be sold in the limited register (not for breeding). The parents have low hip and elbow scores and are DNA tested showing they are clear of any hereditary diseases. Both parents have exceptional temperaments with a gentle and caring nature. These puppies are raised in the family home with children and the usual household noises making them well socialized. We are planning two litters for Jan '25, with puppies expected to be available late Feb-early March. The first Mum(matings have just taken place)is our lovely Scarlett(Trulore Tomorrows Another Day). These will be her final babies to our handsome River(Burani Prince of Tides). The second, first-time, Mum will be Scarlett and River's daughter, Nala. Nala has just been paired with the handsome Bentley(Shelkeera Bentleigh Oak). All parents have excellent hips/elbows/eyes/hearts/DNA results and come from a long line of wonderful dogs. We have been ANKC registered breeders for 20+ years. River is the 3 x Great-Grandson of our first amazing Golden from 1994. Puppies are born and raised in our living room in our country home just out of Dumbalk, Vic, 3956, 1 1/2 hours from Melbourne, approx 15 mins from Mirboo North or Leongatha. Emphasis is placed on appropriate socialisation with people and other pets and our dogs are known for their amazing temperaments. Our puppies leave us ANKC registered, health checked, vaccinated, wormed, m/chipped, and with a thorough folder of info in their generous puppy packs, with lots of toys, treats and a starter bag of premium food. Our Golden puppies are $4500. A $500 deposit is required to hold a puppy place, and the balance can be paid via either a payment plan, or on collection at 8+ weeks of age. KPJVGOLDEN is now taking expressions of interest for our upcoming adorable GR puppy litter due in December. The puppies will be ready to join their forever families in February. The parents have undergone the following breeding and hereditary health tests to ensure their puppies are healthy and free of any genetic diseases:- a) X-ray screening of the hip and elbow under the ANKC CHED scheme + AIS PennHIP score b) Cardiac examination with a clearly certified examination health certificate c) Eyes are tested for hereditary eye diseases (i.e., RD, HC, PRA, and G) according to the ACES program and obtain a clear certified examination health certificate from a registered veterinary ophthalmologist d) Full breed DNA health screening for genetic diseases All puppies follow the Puppy Culture Protocol for their personality and socialization development after birth. Ideally we are looking to rehome her in the local Northern Beaches/ Sydney area- please no interstate enquiries. This female is full of character and loves everybody she meets. She is used to going to the local dog beach at Bayview most days and frequents our local parks too. She loves to swim, run and play at the beach. Her new family would need to be open to allow her to continue to enjoy beach visits. She ( along with our other Fetchnpoint family members) has been raised in our family home and exposed to the comings and goings of a busy family environment. Maze is a lovely dark gold girl retired from breeding. She is enthusiastic, energetic and would love a home with active teenagers. She enjoys walks, swimming and hunting for lizards. Maze is Main registered but will be desexed on Friday 6th December.
