Rhycas Golden is a small kennel where our dogs are part of our family. They live indoors with us and are not left alone for long periods of time. Our pups are handled from birth and are well socialized and played with. They are regularly wormed, vaccinated, micro-chipped and on the limited register with Dogs Victoria.

We are very small breeders who only have puppies available occasionally. Our Goldens are health and vet checked annually and prior to breeding, regularly wormed, have been hip/elbow scored, DNA tested and hold clear heart and eye certificates. Puppies are raised within our loving family home alongside our four children, and their amazing tolerant temperaments reflect this environment. We are located 4hours North West of Melbourne on the Murray River and have a beautiful dark golden named Pippa whom we are in the process of breeding. Pippa has a full DNA profile to ensure good health and clear of Ichthyosis, has passed both eyes and heart checks and her hip score is a 6. Pippa is an energetic adorable clever golden, she loves to greet you with a toy or two or sometimes three. Expression of interest. Bindi and Duke are having babies on the 15th of November. All pups will come with papers, they will be micro chipped vacc and vet checked. Both mum and dad have good hip and elbow scores.

We are planning two litters for Jan '25, with puppies expected to be available late Feb-early March. The first Mum(matings have just taken place)is our lovely Scarlett(Trulore Tomorrows Another Day). These will be her final babies to our handsome River(Burani Prince of Tides). The second, first-time, Mum will be Scarlett and River's daughter, Nala. Nala has just been paired with the handsome Bentley(Shelkeera Bentleigh Oak). All parents have excellent hips/elbows/eyes/hearts/DNA results and come from a long line of wonderful dogs. We have been ANKC registered breeders for 20+ years. River is the 3 x Great-Grandson of our first amazing Golden from 1994.
