We are a small family owned breeder, having grown up with German Shepherds all of our lives.
Our dogs are from top pedigree show backgrounds from well known reputable breeders and are brought up in our family as pets on acreage as inside/outside dogs, not living in kennels or runs.
Our mission is to concentrate on producing family pets for others who love and understand the breed. Breeding for Health, type and well socialised pups is our main focus.

Parents and puppies are DNA screened, Parents are hip and elbow scored as per GSDSA Hip and Elbow Dysplasia Scheme.

We have had German Shepherds for many years, successfully participating in obedience, agility, herding and tracking, as well as Specialty and All Breeds showing. Warren and I are both ANKC Obedience Judges with Warren also being a Tracking Judge. Our breeding stock is based on the lines of the well known Astasia Kennels, most famously "Carson" Ch & O.Ch Astasia Carson UD ET PT 'A''Z' BSCl.1 and his equally famous daughter "Starr" O.Ch Astasia Starr UDX AD JD TD ET HSAs BH 'A''Z' BSCl.1.

All our dogs are X-Rayed for hip & elbow displaysia through the GSDCA breed schemes and we also DNA test for DM (Degenerative Myleopathy). Health and sound character are of the utmost importance. Most of our girls carry the Long Coat Gene, so there is always the possibility of fluffy puppies in every litter, although this is not a guarantee

We have been lucky enough to have had three Australian Champion dogs that are very much a big part of our family. We do show our dogs and are very active in the German Shepherd community being part of the Darling Downs Kennel Club, The German Shepherd Club of Queensland and also Dogs Queensland.

Aimsway kennels is a selective kennel of specialty German Shepherds.

We are so excited to announce Remi (Gewalt Casino Royale AZ BSC) has been mated to the extremely handsome Alwin (Alwin Vom Haus Nesgen - Import Germany). Puppies will be due around the 18th August 2024 and ready to go to their new homes around the 13th – 18th October. Remi will have a Pregnancy Ultrasound to confirm, numbers on the 18th July.

Both parents have their Hips and Elbows scored and are both HD Normal ED Normal, DM Clear and have been Breed Surveyed.

We expect that the puppies will have very rich colours, most likely Black and Gold, excellent temperaments and there will be a mixture of Long Stock Coat and Stock Coat.

Our puppies are raised inside our home with dogs, a cat and kids so have lots of exposure to everyday family life.
