Driven to succeed, Pawformance is based both in Sydney's Hills District and in Sale. We are heavily involved in dog sports and spend most of our nights and weekends training for, and competing in a variety of disciplines. Our dogs are first and foremost, treasured members of our family, enjoying their (rather cushy) life, sleeping on beds, being fluffy shadows and generally just getting underfoot around the house. Many years ago I swore that I would never breed dogs again, and then I met my first Finnish Lapphund. The honesty and gentleness of this breed have blown me away. I truly believe Lappies are a breed that can do everything. I show and train dogs as companions, sports, working and therapy dogs, I will endeavour to bring out the best ability of each individual dog I own and work with. All my dogs are raised and live in my home as part of the family. I usually only breed once a year and put great thought into planning which parents are suitable to keep the Korpi excellence in type, temprement and ability.

Aamurusko Finnish Lapphunds are home to NSW’s top Finnish Lapphunds - with the DOL breed winner (Salla), rising star (Sanna), and neuter (Loki) winners for 2023 all belonging to us. We are a small kennel but are fortunate to have incredibly beautiful, well adjusted, and successful dogs. We located in NSW close to Canberra, and are home to three lappies. We also have two of our dogs in co-ownership homes, and a stunning import boy arriving from Sweden in 2024. We fell in love with the breed several years ago. Breeding was a long term goal, and seemed like the natural progression of our obsession with the breed. They are an amazing breed - smart, gentle, loving, athletic and beautiful. We are active in conformation showing, dog sports, and therapy dog work. We enjoy being involved in the NSW/ACT dog community and are always happy to have a chat and introduce people to our beautiful dogs. Our dogs are cherished family members. In order to provide each of them with the attention and quality of life they deserve, we will be keeping numbers small and will breed sparingly and selectively. The care our puppies receive, and the support we provide our puppy families, is truly second to none. Our first litter are now spectacular young adults we are so proud of. We aim to breed puppies that are true to type and fit for function - with a focus on health, structure, and temperament. We have a litter due September 2024, and one litter planned for 2025.

Home of Multiple Champions, International Champions, Grand Champions and Supreme Champion. My Lappies are first and foremost my companions and enjoy a range of activities including Showing,Therapy work, Obedience, Herding and swimming at the local beaches. All of my Lappies of breeding age are DNA tested and have hip and elbow scores as well as eye testing done before breeding, a copy of this comes with your puppy pack. Chance is a gorgeous, sweet, gentle 8m old boy who has had an accident with his tail. He loves being with another dog or his people. I am looking to find him his forever home.
