At Thornfield we aim to bring out the best in every dog we own. Our dogs compete successfully in retrieving, agility, tricks, obedience and endurance tests, from local events to National competitions. Our field-bred (working lines) English Springer Spaniel, Em (Wrangham Cathy Earnshaw RRD ADX JDM GD SD) has been our introduction to the breed and has been competitive in both retrieving and agility as well as proving herself in the field. We are enjoying her daughter, Ginny (Thornfield Empower AD JDX TKS) and granddaughters Luna (Thornfield Gin Bijou AD JDX JDO GD SD TKS) and Delphi (Thornfield Tanqueray Gin JD GD TXS) journeys as they follow in her footsteps. We are also the proud home of Australia's first and only ANKC Agility Champion Dalmatian, Ziggy (AG CH 600 Yarrowfell High Society CD ADM ADO JDM JDO2 GD SD ET). Occasionally we have field-bred English Springer Spaniel puppies available that would suit hunting, retrieving, field trial, agility, obedience, tracking or active family homes. Above all our dogs are our well-loved companions. Enquiries welcome. Puppies are for LIFE.
