The Miniature Wirehaired Dachshunds from Tarrangower are delightful little characters that have been selectively bred to excel in the show ring as well as in the earthdog den. They are wonderful companions and good watchdogs. All of our breeding stock is certified PRA and Laforas disease clear. Puppies are occasionally available.

We are a small tight knit family breeders who only breed sparingly Health and Temperament are paramount . Selective breeding only. All breeding stock and puppies tested clear for PRA Cord 1 and Parents and Grandparents tested CLEAR for Laforas disease with full documentation. All breeding stock are also back x-rayed to determine the calcifications in the spine (IVDD). Proof of clearance certificates available for both parents and grandparents. I do not just say clear by parentage. House raised healthy, happy dogs. When inquiring about dogs always be honest and upfront with breeders. I am honest and upfront with all buyers and all buyers need to appreciate the time and effort put into raising these beautiful dogs.
