ey"Splendak" - we are proud to have the name "Splendak" as our prefix, as we have a small family of little miniature smooth and miniature long dachshunds who have been bred from well-renowned Champion bloodlines with sound temperaments and excellence in conformation. The Foundation lines of Splendak are based on lines with solid temperaments. Our little family of girls are all PRA Cord 1 Clear by Parentage. We do not kennel our dachshunds, and they live as part of the family in our home. We live in a rural area, where they have room to run and enjoy daily freedom, fossick in the gardens, look for treasures, and to chase the butterflies, whilst we know that they are safe and at all times, protected . Here at BUTTDONN dachshund we have been ANKC registered since 2018. All our dogs sleep inside our house either in crates or my kids bed. With the help of some older breeders we starting showing our first dachshund in 2021 and were able to get her titled and we are in the process of trying to get our next girl titled. We have starting backscoring all of our breeding dogs for IVD and every dog in our home has been given a FULL BREED PROFILE through Orivet. All pups born are also given the FULL BREED PROFILE and PARENTAGE test weather they are registered on Mains or Limited. (Parentage test is a Dogs Queensland law for all registered pups.) We give long term support to anyone that has brought one of our pups. We are breeding for health and comfirmation of this great breed.

We have a lovely clear red girl looking for her forever pet home. She is almost 6 months old (born 09 June 2024) & has been run on while we decided which puppies we wanted to keep to continue our lines & for showing. She is well socialised with other dogs and kids and is a sweet little girl who will give her new family lots of love and fun times. She is toilet trained & sleeps through the night so is at a perfect age to fit into her new home. Both her dam & sire are Australian Champions. I have a female dachshund available for his new forever home. Aria is black and tan She has been shown and a real pleasure to have around but he deserves more than he has here. She would ideally suit someone that could have him as a companion and sit on the couch whilst watching tv. She is such a lovely girl very well behaved gets on with everyone and everything. Because she has been to shows she is great in the car on very long trips etc I would be very interested to talk to anyone that thinks that she may suit as a companion dog.
