Sherlot aims to produce a true type of border collie, willing to give anything a go attitudes. Although it's important to have a dog that performs well in the show ring, it's equally as important to be a sound dog, that becomes a big part of your family.

Based on a Angus beef farm in the South West of Western Australia, our dogs get to enjoy the high life, their days filled with running in the paddocks and swimming in the dams. Our dogs are not from working dog lines, and thus spend their days playing and relaxing as part of the family. Puppies are raised exposed to all sorts of sights, unusual sounds, animals and people.

Located SOR Perth, Western Australia, we are a small breeder of Border Collies. We are always striving to produce fantastic quality dogs, and aim to improve the quality of coloured (and in particular chocolate) Border Collies available in WA. All my breeding dogs are fully health tested and above all have wonderful temperaments. We produce pups that will first and foremost fantastic pets, but will also excel in pursuits well known to this breed, such as agility. Our Border Collies are our family and our pups are born in a home where everyone plays a part in helping to raise them and giving them the best possible start to life. These puppies are likely to be high energy and super smart. Most will be best suited to a rural environment with room to move and someone who is looking for a constant companion/work mate. Unless given a lot of interaction and a "job" to do they are unlikely to be satisfied with suburban/city life. Some are showing promise for dog sport. Previous (or current) Border Collie or working breed experience is a must.

When enquiring please include as much information as possible about your home, family(humans and other pets!), dog owning experience and the type of life you are looking to share with your new little mate.

Puppies will be ANKC (Dogswest) pedigree Registered, they have been regularly wormed, have age appropriate vaccinations and are microchipped. Parents are fully health tested (DNA and hips/elbows) and puppies are guaranteed to be unaffected by any DNA testable, heritable conditions.
Puppies are required to be desexed at an appropriate age and are not available for breeding purposes.
