We are a small kennel and located in Victoria Australia we strive to breed a Border Collie that has natural drive and work ethic that border collies are so well known for while keeping a great temperament and good structure. We breed our dogs for excellent temperament, beautiful colouring while maintaining a high standard through DNA testing, hip and elbow scoring. They make excellent pets and respond well to training and competing in sports such as agility, flyball, obedience and tracking. We are situated in the Yarra Valley (Victoria).

We are dedicated breeders of Border Collies nestled just outside Warrnambool, Victoria, situated on acreage. We strive to breed Border Collies that epitomize breed standards, fit a variety of disciplines and are physically sound, healthy, happy, confident dogs. Border Collies have always been a part of life, whether as working companions, cherished pets, or show partners. All pups are raised in our home and are very much part of the family from the moment they are born. We find this is the best way to get pups used to the sounds of a home, small animals, cats, other dogs, and visitors. All our dogs are family pets living in the house and are a part of the family. Every dog in our breeding program undergoes comprehensive DNA profiling for all traits and diseases that can be tested for in Border Collies. We don't breed specifically for colours as this is not our aim, however we do have pups in Black, Blue, Chocolate, and Lilac on occasion. We don't have a price difference between the colours as we match pups with homes based on temperament, valuing character over appearance. We have been breeding Border Collies for more than 30years. Our dogs have been successful in all disciplines but have especially excelled as loyal companions. We are pleased to announce our next litter due December 2024 by Bestbuddies Prionnsa Merle out of Brackenvue Luna Eclipse. Colours expected are black and white, blue merle, chocolate merle and chocolate. Parents have had full genetic testing done through Orivet so puppies can be guaranteed to be free from any genetic diseases associated with the breed. Parents have been hip and elbow scored with Lavelles, both having recorded good scores. These test results are all available for potential buyers on request. Inaword Border Collies are delighted to announce that we have puppies available. We have chocolate and white and black and white males and females currently available. We are a small breeder located in Mansfield at the foot of Mt Buller in NE Victoria. Our dogs are a part of our family and live on the farm not in kennels. They are well socialised with other animals and have good herding instincts. All our adult dogs are all DNA tested clear with full breed profiles so all pups bred by us are clear of any genetic diseases that can affect our beautiful breed. All our puppies are well socialized and have wonderful temperaments. Pups bred by us have excelled a variety of disciplines. We have a beautiful 7 year old black white female border collie available to a loving forever home, She is desexed, and has been DNA tested Clear for known hereditary diseases in the breed, she has been hip scored with scores lower than the breed average.
