Established in 2010 on our imported FCI White Swiss Shepherd Dogs, all of whom were carefully selected to establish our own lines of quality, good natured and true to type dogs here in Australia. Saffioraire White Swiss Shepherd Dogs is located SW of Melbourne in the picturesque seaside town of Apollo Bay. Aside from their many achievements in the show ring including International Ch, Australian Ch, and wins across Breed, Group and Show level, our dogs are first and foremost our family companions. Living with us inside our family home, we thoroughly enjoy the company of our dogs and enjoy a variety of activities together with them. We are constantly striving to produce excellence throughout our generations, and aim to breed dogs sound in both body and mind who can not only excel in the show and sporting rings, but also dogs who can live fulfilling lives as loved companions in the homes of their families. All of our dogs are tested for relevant breed diseases prior to being included in a breeding program, and in addition to this we have also imported semen from select European males who have passed all health tests. We believe that the White Swiss Shepherd Dog is a versatile and exciting breed, and enjoy sharing the dogs with those who are interested to learn more. Akodawild is a small kennel, that are passionate in learning and preserving the White Swiss shepherd dog breed. Once my fascination with this magnificent breed started, I researched and began learning about them and as a result fell in love with showing them in conformation shows. Our dogs are raised in a family environment and are socialised and desensitised to different environments. Our goal is to raise awareness of the breed and ensure that it is preserved. We are ethical breeders and have been breeding for 12 years. Our pups are raised as part of the family with our 3 children. We live on a rural property where the dogs have plenty of area to run around. We participate in shows as well as do Lure coursing and have many titles. All of our dogs are hip & elbow scored & DNA tested (if any dogs fail Hip or elbows they are desexed so they cannot be used for breeding). Our pups are altered to ensure they cannot be used in puppy farming but also ensure they have their hormones for growth which is extremely important. They also come with lifetime support from us. We also take back any of our pups for any reason as we feel as breeders we are responsible for our pups for life and don't want to add to any rescues. Our dogs health and wellbeing is our number one priority.

Breeding White Swiss Shepherds for the family home, that excel in working: Obedience, Rally, Scentwork, Tricks etc and competitive in the show ring. I breed for the betterment of the breed and am a behavioural trainer at RSPCA, having formal certifications in animal care, puppy raising etc and continuing my education presently. Dogs are fully health tested for: over 200 genetic diseases with Embark, Hip & Elbow Scored with ORCHID, Pituitary Dwarfism & Cerebellar Hyperplasia. Adventurous on hikes, but always checking in and recalling immediately when asked. Dog social at dog parks and boarding kennels, being one of the few dogs we could put into any play group. At cafes and bars she needs a few minutes to switch off, then is happy to rest by my feet. A fierce barker when strangers come to the door, but will warm up eventually. In the ring, she consistently places in every discipline she's competed in, and is a strong contender in the show ring.

Ublong Kennel is excited to have commenced breeding and showing the very beautiful White Swiss Shepherd Dogs. Our mission statement is to breed sound healthy dogs, with outstanding temperaments, that conform to the breed standard. We have imported 3 girls and a boy from Europe and the first puppies arrived in late 2018, 3 have been retained at Ublong and the others have all gone off to their new homes. The hope is that these new additions to the Ublong team will contribute significantly to the goal of improving temperaments in the breed. Ublong dogs are doing well in the showring as well as training for obedience competition, they are beautiful family companions and love nothing more than to be part of the household.
