In 2003 we starting showing Aussie's with some success. In 2005 after much research into the breed we started our own breeding program. The Aussie's fit in well with our already strong Aust Cattle Dog team, built up over the last 30 years. We strive to produce quality Australian Shepherds that are structurally sound, have great movement, strong work ethic and FANTASTIC temperaments. Like with our Cattle dogs, LANBART kennels only breed 1 or 2 litters a year, so when we decide to breed a litter a lot of thought has gone into it. We have put in a lot of work to build a solid foundation for Lanbart Aussies with good structure, NBT gene & Great temperaments, we will reap the benefits of that in the coming years.. All our breeding stock have had all the relavant health tests. I have owned and bred Australian Shepherds for the past twenty years, after being with Border Collies all my life. The aussie shepherd is a fun loving dog with lots of energy and happy just to be with you. From my foundation bitch, Ch. Brashelle Dare to Dream (Candy) I have bred two litters totalling 9 puppies with 5 of them becoming champions. I only breed occasionally from good quality sound bitches and dogs with excellent temperaments. My dogs are hip and elbowed scored as well.

We are pleased to announce a Barnsey x Edensundown litter were born May 19th 2024. Both parents have been health tested, have great temperaments, are intelligent and easy to train and love being with people. Puppies will be raised in our home by our family, and as they grow, with the close guidance of Mum Cleo and Uncle Daxter, they will be trained to use a doggy door and will spend clear days in our enclosed puppy yard with covered sand digging and soft grassed areas and have access to our exercise paddock. Im taking orders. I may have red tri, black tri, blue merle, and red merles. Parents have all health tests required. My Aussies have great temperaments and are brought up being handled a lot and sometimes even trained pending when they leave here. They will be vaccinated wormed regularly and puppy pack and a folder with health tests in them and some free pet insurance and my life time help if needed.

Mature red tri female with a long bob tail will be looking for new adventures in February 2025. Registered ANKC. Maddy is a sweet natured and very loyal girl who has been raised on a farm and is obsessed with the side by side buggy. She adores going for rides, and will sit on it for ages even when it's not moving, just in case it goes somewhere without her ;) Maddy would ideally suit a lady owner, as she is not overly keen on human men, though she is fine to be handled by male vets etc. She does consider herself something of a watch dog and will bark at strangers to her home, and for this reason I feel that Maddy would best suit a home on acreage as she will probably be noisy with suburban foot traffic walking passed her gate if left to her own devices. However she could also suit a travelling home as she is easily controlled and polite when her human is present. She is gentle in her behaviour, good in the car, good for the vet and crate trained. She is social with other dogs in the home/friends however has never been to an off leash dog park. Maddy has been living with a family but their circumstances have changed and sadly she needs to find a new home. She is currently in season and will be desexed in January and will be ready to go to her new home after. Updated photos to come.

We have decided to let our lovely black tri boy Samba go to a pet home , Samba is 2yo, desexed and looking for a new couch to call his own. Samba is full of personality and will make his presence known, he loves to run, swim, play with his toys and most of all he loves to love on his people Samba is best suited to be on some acreage or good size backyard , he has not grown up around small children so better suited to a home with teenagers/adults. He is good with cats and other dogs , females will be better , he has been crate trained, lead trained , he has been washed and blowdried regularly from 8 weeks old.
