We live in Mount Gambier, SA which is half way between Adelaide and Melbourne. We are 100% addicted to Australian Shepherds and our dogs love chasing the ball, going to the beach, walks in the pine forests and hanging with the family. Our Aussies are our family, live inside and go with us when possible. My goal is to breed health and temperament to give families a fur best friend that is a part of their family. I have been involved in Aussies since 2004, when I welcomed into my home Morgan Ch. Shartooz A Knights Tale CD RN ADX JDX GD SD PT, since then I have acquired and titled a number of Aussies including Suede Aust Grand Ch Sutters Special Edition RN (Imp NZ), Dazzle Neut Ch, Grand Ch Sutters So Bedazzled JC (Imp NZ),Chime Ch Shartooz Bells N Whistles, and Jade Cuebiyar No Place Like Home CD ADX JD GD PT. My first home bred Champion Thistledust Blue Suede Shoes, titled at under 11 months of age against some quality competition. His brother Grand Ch Thistledust Black Diamond titled easily when he came back out at 18 months old. Both boys are multiple group and class in show winners. Since then I have bred dogs succeeding in a range of dog sports. My dogs are part of my family and are house dogs and I participate in a range of sports including Conformation, Agility, Obedience and Herding. All my dogs are Hip/Elbow scored, eye tested and DNA profiled prior to breeding. I will not be breeding often, hoping to breed quality rather than quantity, with an emphasis on temperament and structure. I follow protocols and principles set out in “Puppy Culture” ...

We have a litter currently, ready to go early January, variety of sexes and colours. Puppies are raised guided by Puppy Culture methods and are matched to appropriate homes dependent on activity level and temperament. These pups should be highly trainable and there will be some suitable for performance or active homes. Will be vaccinated, wormed, eye screened by an ophthalmologist and vet check prior to leaving. Parents have had all required health testing and copies of certificates are included in puppy packs that go home with your puppy. We have decided to let our lovely black tri boy Samba go to a pet home , Samba is 2yo, desexed and looking for a new couch to call his own. Samba is full of personality and will make his presence known, he loves to run, swim, play with his toys and most of all he loves to love on his people Samba is best suited to be on some acreage or good size backyard , he has not grown up around small children so better suited to a home with teenagers/adults. He is good with cats and other dogs , females will be better , he has been crate trained, lead trained , he has been washed and blowdried regularly from 8 weeks old. Mature red tri female with a long bob tail will be looking for new adventures in February 2025. Registered ANKC. Maddy is a sweet natured and very loyal girl who has been raised on a farm and is obsessed with the side by side buggy. She adores going for rides, and will sit on it for ages even when it's not moving, just in case it goes somewhere without her ;) Maddy would ideally suit a lady owner, as she is not overly keen on human men, though she is fine to be handled by male vets etc. She does consider herself something of a watch dog and will bark at strangers to her home, and for this reason I feel that Maddy would best suit a home on acreage as she will probably be noisy with suburban foot traffic walking passed her gate if left to her own devices. However she could also suit a travelling home as she is easily controlled and polite when her human is present. She is gentle in her behaviour, good in the car, good for the vet and crate trained. She is social with other dogs in the home/friends however has never been to an off leash dog park. Maddy has been living with a family but their circumstances have changed and sadly she needs to find a new home. She is currently in season and will be desexed in January and will be ready to go to her new home after. Updated photos to come.
