At MOOREVALLEY, We have only a very small breeding program that consists of our personal dogs we use on our farm.

Our emphasis is to produce a working livestock dog that can be utilized in working fields as well as a well balanced family dog with clear health. Our aim is to produce a dog that has strong working abilities and has the following attributes: high prey drive, strong stock focus, solid nerves under pressure, highly trainable and responsive to commands, sound environmental exposure, exceptional agility and athleticism and last but not least, a sound temperament around the kids and family is paramount.

Not only do we want to produce a great working dog, but we also want to produce a great looking dog. Our dogs have nice thick and solid bone, large frames, large heads, thick muzzles and great dark pigment.

Our pups are raised on a farm and have been exposed to goats, sheep, cattle, horses, cats, chickens, birds and the most important which is our kids. We breed to improve the breed and working ability and our dogs need to have sound temperaments to not only help us work our livestock, but to also be great pets around our family.

We are a small kennel located in the New England district of New South Wales.
The historic town of Tenterfield sits high up on the Great Dividing Range approx. 1,000 metres above sea level.
Our 2 acre property is located to the north of the village, just on the edge of town.

Breeding predominantly for reds, we carefully research prospective stud dogs to select those that compliment our bitches. Our breeding stock are DNA tested for hereditary diseases and all pups sold have copies of documentation to confirm these health tests. We aim to produce strong, healthy pups that are true-to-type.

I have owned, trained, handled, bred and loved Australian Cattle Dogs for more than 20 years.
I am a retired ANKC full panel Agility & Games Judge and currently compete at Tracking as well as in the Show ring.

We occasionally have adult dogs looking for their forever homes.

Heelersridge is now taking orders for our upcoming spring litters both due in October 2024.
Sire of both litters is Aust Champion Heelersridge Hobart TD TT HIT (Bart) Dams are Aust Champion Heelersridge One for the Road (Chivas) & Heelersridge Gympie Stinger (Nettle) - all three profiles can be seen on Dogzonline.
Pups will be DogsNSW registered, regularly wormed, micro-chipped, 1st & 2nd C3 vaccinations, BAER tested (hearing), clear for both PRA & PLL, and vet checked.

These pups will be suitable for work, show, family pet, performance sports or best mate. Heelersridge puppies have great drive and are keen to learn, they are handled daily from birth and have been exposed to noises and activities that are normal within an active family environment.

Red puppies ready for their new homes on the 14th October.

All bright and outgoing, there are a few males left.

Mum is Erudite Luna (Erudite Flynn AI x Erudite Jillaroo) and dad is Budawang Usher imp Fr.

Luna is extremely intelligent and will be incredibly sweet working sheep, but will do what it takes to move bulls. Plenty of footage on the Erudite Aust Cattle Dogs Facebook page.

Usher is my young blue boy from France, his sire being Silverbarn Xanadu. He is whip smart and naturally obedient.

Pups won’t be affected by any of the ACD genetic diseases, will be chipped, wormed, vaccinated and very well socialised.

All our dogs work on a large property and are well proven work dogs. Because of their intelligence they are also well suited to dog sports and active homes.

Several pups are already heading interstate so transport options are easy. We are located at Holbrook, NSW.
