Poppy is an outstanding Chocolate bitch from Aralyen Kennels, our first Chocolate, a wonderful girl, a real package, always shows and always gives her best, a pleasure to own and to have in the show ring where she is very successful.
She also has many Group, breed and class wins to her name.
Poppy was neutered for health reasons and is now enjoying being back in the Show ring in Class 18 winning Multi groups and Multi Best in Shows.
Thanks to Anne & Glen O'Connor for allowing us to have this beautiful girl.
Critique
Chocolate who was just out of Junior and certainly melted my heart. For her age, she was well put together and everything I was looking for here, none of the "straight fronted showing fool" so often seen in yellows in particular today. This bitch showed gently, her expression soft with excellent eye colour, correct length of muzzle, used her ears well. Her front is correctly angulated with her elbows under her body. Not over angulated in stifle. She carries an excellent double coat which enhances a very typical tail, carried straight with her top line, which held on the move. I was very pleased to award her BEST in SHOW.
