Simba’s grandfather Grand CH Color Oth Night was the first whole colour cavalier in Australia to obtain their grand champion title. He was an Incredibly healthy dog and a dog that is remembered by old timers with admiration. “Nobody else mattered when he stepped into the ring”. He was still siring litters quite late in life and only developed a barely audible heart murmur into double figures. Simba’s dam and sire were also heart clear at 6 and 7. His great grandfather CH Jordanic Connoisseur (IMP UK) was imported by Bob Crapp (Kabob Cavaliers). Connor was also an exceptionally healthy dog. Too many great breeders to mention in this dog’s pedigree. Simba has a lovely outgoing and sweet personality. It is true how much male cavaliers fall in love with their owners. The feeling is mutual. When Simba arrived from Cavtown Cavaliers he was the perfect little gentleman. He didn’t walk off my bed and was able to sleep with me from when he arrived. He was a very clean puppy. He is still a perfect gentleman and he still has a place on my bed. He’s such an obedient dog. Accept when it comes to getting his nails done. He changes into a fainting wailing woman of the era (yes he throws himself on his back as though he is fainting). That is his only fault.
