John is our first male from our very first litter and has shown exceptional talent in many areas. In addition to being a well placed show dog he also competes in sled sport events such as backpacking and weight pull with the possible additional of being introduced to scent work and track and search.

John this year achieved an incredible feat and become the first Black Russian Terrier in Australian history to obtain a Working Weight Pull Dog (WWPD) sports title!

He is also the very first Black Russian Terrier in Australia to compete in Junior handlers! He is working with his 14yr old handler and they are proving to be a great team.

Current achievements
- Over 40 Best of Breed certificates.
- Has pulled 984kg in a weight pull trial.
- Has successfully qualified for his first of 4 trial passes for his Working Packdog Novice title and is on track to gaining this title before the end of the year.

This boy is what we are aiming for in our litters. A strong independent dog that can not only succeed in the show ring but has the capability to be a wonderful pet and truly show just how versatile this breed really can be with the right training and genetics.
