Billy is one of two boys from our Tristan x Henrietta litter. Billy was originally sold to a family in WA but came back to us at 8 months old due to their marriage breakup. Billy first entered the showring on 2 February 2019 at the age of 16 months and gained his Australian Champion title on 25 April 2019, two and a half months later. He was awarded Best Junior in Group at his third show, Allora Kennel Club, under Mrs Sue Hewinson (Qld). Billy was Runner-up Best of Breed at Toowoomba Royal under Mr N. Chin (Singapore). Billy was awarded Best Bred by Exhibitor in Group at the Tweed River Canine Club Show by Mr B Anderson (New Zealand). He was also awarded Best Intermediate in Group at the Ladies Kennel Assoc of Qld by Mrs K Sneath (Vic). Billy was awarded Reserve Challenge Dog and Aust. Bred of Breed at the 2019 Royal Brisbane Show by Mr K. Jarvinen (Finland). He was rated Excellent and awarded 1st in the Champion Dog Class and the CACIB at the 2023 Yuggera Canine Club/Dogs Qld FCI CACIB Show by Mr Pedro Gonzales-Teja (Guatamala). Billy was rated Excellent and awarded 1st in the Champion Dog Class and the CACIB at the 2023 Beaudesert Kennel Club FCI CACIB Show by Mr Juha Putkonen (Finland). Mr Putkonen then awarded Billy Best in Group 4th. Billy was rated Excellent and awarded his 3rd CACIB by Ms C. Wang (China) at the 2024 Dogs Victoria Autum International. Billy was rated Excellent and awarded his 4th CACIB by Mr A. Landarte (Uraguay) at the Yuggera Canine Club show. HIs application for the FCI C.I.B. title is currently awaiting approval from the FCI and Dogs Australia. He will be the first DDB male to be awarded the title in Australia.
