Yobhonden Kennels is small, select kennel and we will only breed sparingly. We have always held the view that whatever we do as dog owners and breeders, we do it to better the breed, in alignment with the breed standard. All our finnish lapphunds (depending on age) are prcd/PRA tested, hip and elbow scored and hold current eye certificates. We believe in breeding for soundness, type and quality and before making the huge commitment to breed, we choose our breeding stock very carefully.

We are thrilled to be involved with such a versatile, dynamic and fun loving breed. Our lappies have fitted in perfectly with our family life. We have been involved with conformation showing, obedience and herding. Enquiries regarding this breed are always welcome.
