Whether from a waiting list or in reply to a notice on the dogzonline website, once a puppy is chosen by you or selected for you by us, we ask for a holding deposit. If any health issue is evident at the six-week vet check, we immediately notify you and you have the option to go ahead or withdraw. If you just change your mind and the vet check shows no issues, no refund.
