Prefix : WILLWEI (Brittany)
Puppies available NOW The Brittany is a stylish medium-sized breed developed in France, the breed is not common in Australia but is becoming more popular. The smallest of the pointing breeds a good Brittany will be between 45cm and 52cm at the wither, maturing to around 15kg. I would describe their temperament as attentive, affectionate, happy, adaptable, intelligent, and bold. The Brittany does enjoy being active, their friendly manner, attractive appearance, compact size and low maintenance coat makes them an easy companion for people with active lifestyles. A versatile breed that can be trained to compete at the highest level of competition for the sports enthusiast or enjoyed by the household with the most basic of training, they are also in demand by hunters who hone their natural abilities and skill to seek and retrieve. Brittany's learn quickly and respond well to positive training methods, they are suitable for any skill levels and do well with even a novice trainer. When well-socialized a Brittany is playful and friendly with other animals, people and children. For the Brittany coat maintenance is fairly simple, a daily rub over to check for knots or burs and a more purposeful groom when required. The coat is smooth and not very long so does not attract or keep dirt, they do shed but it's not much, your usual house cleaning would keep floors living areas tidy.
