Since 1974, Chilolo Rhodesian Ridgebacks have made their way into people's hearts and into breed record books. To date Chilolo RRs been awarded: ** Best in Show All Breeds and RR Specialty shows in UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand ** To date we have bred more than 90 Champions in many countries ** Home to Australia's Most Successful RR: Supreme Ch Chilolo EB Show No Mercy - 27 Best In Show awards equalling the world record for a Ridgeback Even though our dogs are highly successful in the showring, they will always remain first and foremost our family companions. We have the luxury of living on 200 acres so our dogs have plenty of room to run and it is easy to keep them fit and healthy. We encourage people to come and visit to meet our dogs and we believe in providing ongoing support and assistance to our puppy buyers for the life of the puppy. We will always take back a dog we have bred if for any reason the owner is unable to keep him/her. In October 2024, I had honor and privilege to judge over 300 Ridgebacks over 3 days at the RR Club of the USA National Show in Salt Lake City. This is the first time an Australian has judged this show since its inception in the 1950s.
