As a long time Tibetan Mastiff breeder I have set my goals at specialising in breeding quality, temperament and true to authentic type Tibetan Mastiffs. Health always being a priority. To achieve this we have imported 4 females from the UK, Italy, France & Russia to compliment our stud dogs at Temzin Kennels. Our pride and joy, a big golden male, Bono (Imp CZR). And recently added a big black & tan male, Khaan (Imp NOR). Bono & Sassy litter due early August 2024.

Alongside our team of Tibetan Mastiffs we have owned and shown Shiba Inu for several years. We have a lovely family of Shibas we share our home with, 3 stunning males and 6 Temzin bred girls. We take pride in showing our Shibas and so far most of our team have achieved the title of Australian Champion. All breeding dogs are health tested, HD (some ED as well), Patellas, eyes and DNA health panel. Type and especially temperament are very important to our breeding programme. A few puppies available occasionally, to select homes only. Puppies are reared in our home environment, socialised, collar & lead trained and toilet trained (outside on grass) before they go into their new homes with starter pack and lifetime support. We are thrilled to introduce this beautiful, very rare Japanese breed to Australia. We have imported 3 Shikoku to date, and looking into a forth in the near future. . Our breeding age Shikoku have been health tested for HD, ED and Eyes plus DNA breed health profile prior to making any breeding plans. This is to ensure the breed within Australia is as heathy as can be before breeding. We live on a very large cattle farming where we share our home with our beautiful Tibetan Mastiffs, 2 males, and 5 females, several now enjoying retirement. We are proud of our quality Tibetan Mastiffs and have endeavoured to secure sound breeding stock from many world reknown bloodlines to ensure health and longetivity of this unique, rare breed within Australia. All our breeding dogs are carefully health checked before entering our breeding programme. We take the time to show our dogs under respected International and Australian judges and hence continuing the champion status of the dogs in our bloodlines. We import new lines regularly in order to keep the bloodlines in our kennel strong and true to the authentic type Tibetan Mastiff seen for many years throughout history on the steeps and plateaus of Tibet and the Himalayas. At the same time we are always striving to improve the quality of our dogs. We are proud to be a preservationist breeder of authentic Tibetan Mastiffs.
