At Ausled we have been involved with Vallhunds for approx 34 years, with 50 years in purebred dogs. Our interest in and dedication to the Swedish Vallhund dog breed began in the 1980's. Today we are the longest established, and actively breeding Swedish Vallhund kennel in Australia and New Zealand We regard versatility as the Swedish Vallhund 'trump card'. These dogs fit into so many dog ownership styles including suburban family homes through to rural and farming situations.

Ausled's involvement with Vallhunds started in the eighties, we remain dedicated to this very versatile and loyal breed. Ausled is a family affair, our dogs are firstly part of the family. We strive for temperaments that will fit into the home as well as being capable of participating in the life of their owners, obedience, herding, agility and showing are all in the scope of a Vallhund, as is beach and bush walks, swimming and chasing a ball, or just being there as part of the family !
