Our Caucasian Shepherd Dogs are imported from the Caucasus and live with British White cattle and Appaloosa horses on our farm in Victoria, Australia. Our female Sunny, is imported from Tbilisi Georgia and her mother Bassa was born at St. George’s Monastery of Tabakini, where Orthodox priests have been breeding Caucasian Shepherd dogs since 1992. Sunny is the first Caucasian Shepherd Dog to be imported and registered in Australia - the four year long process to import Sunny from Georgia and register the breed in Australia resulted in ANKC Recognition of the Caucasian Shepherd Dog breed on 24 July 2018. Our young male Roki, is from Dusheti, a district of eastern Georgia on the foothills of the Greater Caucasus Mountains known for its seasonal sheep farming. When selecting our Caucasian Shepherd Dogs we apply more than 20 years experience with rare livestock guardian breeds and importing from their countries of origin. The bloodlines of our Caucasian Shepherd Dogs are specifically chosen to represent the traditional Georgian type of Caucasian Shepherd. Expressions of Interest We are seeking expressions of interest for our upcoming litter of beautiful Italian Greyhound puppies. Parents are from the old Australian lines. All of our puppies are bred in accordance with the ANKC registration requirement for purebred dogs. Our dogs are part of the family. Puppies are whelped in the lounge room and are reared in the house. They are raised according to Puppy Culture principles. We are happy to share regular updates from whelping as they grow into the lovely little dogs that will become your companion. They are accompanied by a comprehensive Puppy Pack, 6 weeks Insurance cover and Lifetime support. They will be DNA profiled for proof of parentage, wormed, vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped and registered with Dogs Queensland Limited Register (You will receive pedigree "papers"). This registration gives you the ability to participate in Obedience and Agility Competition. Our puppies are toilet trained to an indoor system. Our puppies tend to be varying shades of blue, black and seal, although occasionally we have a lighter blue-fawn or even a fawn puppy. We don’t take any deposits or allocate any puppies until after their 6-week check-up/vaccination appointment with the Vet.
