Vala is wonderful with male dogs and some lower energy females, though she finds cats a bit too interesting, so a cat-free home would be ideal. While she has been around our cat Nigel, their interactions are always closely supervised. Due to her size and enthusiasm, we recommend a home with older children who are comfortable around large dogs. Vala is house-trained, crate-trained, and has basic obedience skills. She loves to play fetch, is highly motivated by toys like balls and tugs, and enjoys an active lifestyle. Though she has been shown in conformation, its not her favorite activity,shed much rather be zooming around or snuggling up, convinced shes a lap dog. She has been thoroughly health-checked, including hip and elbow scoring (A and Z stamps), and she comes with a clear full breed DNA profile, free from all testable hereditary diseases.
