Having bred, shown and obedience trained my first Pembrokes as a teenager back in 1986 our family has delighted in this hardy, outgoing, intelligent and versatile breed for many years! After a 10 year break from dog sports and breeding (family, farm and horses claimed our time and resources )) we are thrilled to be revisiting our original passion to contribute to the breed. With the support of the late Kathy McPherson of Macvale corgis, we were lucky to acquire a lovely tri bitch, Macvale Special Design, aka Lizzie in 2019. Lizzie was the image of her Grand dam, Aust Ch Canaille Little Black Lexus - from our last litter, back in 2009. Plans to campaign Lizzie in conformation and obedience were pulled to a halt by COVID. Jumping ahead to 2021 Canaille corgis joined with Renay Cochrane of Begrayced corgis (NSW) to produce several quality litters. Aust Ch Canaille Platinum Jubilee at Begrayced is the most recent star of this partnership, gaining her title in May 2023. We aim to produce quality and sound puppies with temperament and character able to thrive in active farm and family environments as well as the show ring and dog sports. The free-moving ability of our corgis reflects our compliance with the breed standard to produce an active 'working' dog. Puppies are occasionally available to approved pet homes - NEWSFLASH - Some pups available in Jan 25! Purdella, a prefix of long standing now concentrating on Pembroke Corgis. For many years our prefix was synonymous with top winning German Shepherds in the All Breeds Ring. Our involvement with Pembroke's goes back almost as far, but over the last 10-15 years our Pembroke results have rivaled if not surpassed those of our German Shepherds. Dogzonline Point Score - Top Pembroke 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009 Best of Breed and All Breeds Continuing to breed and show on a regular basis, we have produced many Champions up to the current years Since the early 1970's our involvement with these and other breeds has lead to the amassing of over 100 Champions along with 8 Grand Champions in our Kennels.

Pembroke Corgis have been a 'Way of Life' here at DYGAE, since 1962, with the 21st Birthday Gift from my husband Gary of baby puppy TARLI- later becoming my first Show Champion - CHAMPION Tendring Golden Eve. All current DYGAES can trace their pedigrees back to this foundation bitch, whose bloodlines combined some of the best of the early Pembroke imports into Victoria and Australia. DYGAE Pembrokes have achieved great success over the years, not only in the Show Ring but also in Obedience activities and most importantly as the TRUE AMBASSADORS of the breed, loving, active healthy family pets and companions. We currently breed only when able to 'run on' and assess puppies as Show prospects although we do have special youngsters available as ideal pets and companions from time to We occasionally have retired Showdogs available for placement to select forever homes. We are currently accepting holding deposits on our beautiful litter of pure breed Welsh Corgi Pembroke Puppies. There are four females available. They are being hand raised in a family environment on our small farm on the outskirts of Melbourne and are socialised with other animals and children. They have been wormed fortnightly since birth, will undertake a full veterinary check and microchip prior to leaving and will have Pedigree papers with Dogs Victoria. They are very sweet and affectionate and we would love to find them beautiful homes. Puppies will come with a new puppy pack including one month of pet insurance to start them on their new adventure. We are happy to assist with interstate transport if required.

Halo Corshelgi Apache Spirit Angel is desexed and vaccinated DOB 23/7/2021 Halo is a very calm, loving girl who just loves attention and cuddles. She has such a gentle nature and is excellent with children and other dogs. She loves to play ball and go for walks, is very good in the car and is crate trained. She has also completed basic obedience training to Red level. For anyone wanting to start showing Halo can be placed on the Main Register in the Neutered Group. Tooshort - A Lil French Kiss (aka Brie/Brienie) Brie is 1 of 4 in Reigns first litter and my first keeper to run on in the show ring (also the little baby on our logo). Unfortunately we cannot keep them all and I know she will do well in a family with young children. This is one of the hardest decisions to make when you bottle feed babies and raise them from day 1. She is exuberant, super friendly, gets along with other dogs and people (we have chickens and she does chase them, so heads up for cat households, as we don’t have cats). Is a bit full of herself but has an off switch, she is crate trained and will run straight to her crate when its dinner time. I am taking expressions of interest for her future forever home, and it needs to be the right home for her. She will be desexed, main register with ANKC if you wish to show her in the neuter class and dabble in dog showing (you would need to be a member of your state body too, happy to help mentor you in showing),UTD on vaccinations and worming. As well as lifetime support,I am also happy to continue to groom her, if the timing / days and distance work. She is currently 19months young & I’m proud to say shes matured beautifully. Her biggest achievements have been; *placed 4th at the NSW Corgi specialty in 2024.
