We have been involved in the Weimaraner fancy for over 30 years.

Greydove Weimaraners have been successful in showing at Royal, Specialty & All Breeds shows in Australia and around the world. Our dogs also excel in obedience, tracking, gun dog trials and heelwork to music (Doggy Dancing).

Our dogs have been recognised all over the world in many fields including Best in Show All Breed wins in various countries.

Several of our dogs have also proven to be top producers in their respective countries including the only Australian bred Weimaraner to earn Weimaraner Club of America BROM recognition.

Our philosophy is to breed Weimaraners who are sound in mind and body - who will give their owners many years of companionship and love. Greydove puppies are available on a very limited basis - simply because we believe that Weimaraners are not meant to be kennel dogs but should live in the home environment – this limits the number of Weimaraners that we have in our team and consequently the number of litters that we have during the year.

BROMHUND

Established in 1972, Bromhund Weimaraners has been breeding, working, and exhibiting Weimaraners and Weimaraner Longhairs for 52 years. We aim to breed versatile Weimaraners, prioritizing health, personality, and temperament to make them excellent companions for families.

We are recognized as one of Australia's most successful kennels, being the only Weimaraner kennel in the country to have bred 205 show champions, including 3 Supreme Champions and 7 Grand Champions. Our achievements speak for themselves.

We have also bred numerous working and obedience-titled dogs, including Novice Retrieving Dog (NRD), Restricted Retrieving Dog (RRD), Retrieving Trial Champion titles, Tracking Champions, and International Champions.

Our focus is on breeding Weimaraners with excellent temperaments, health, and appearance. Our puppies are highly sought after, and we currently have a waiting list. Many of our puppy buyers return for their second and third Weimaraners from us. ASHLAREN

ASHLAREN WEIMARANERS are recognized nationally and internationally as the ONLY Australian Weimaraner kennel to have bred BACK TO BACK BEST IN SHOW AUST WEIMARANER NATIONAL WINNERS. This was proudly achieved at the 2014 Weimaraner National show (Sydney) and again at the next Weimaraner National held in Melbourne in 2017 from an entry of over 200 Weimaraners.

For over 30 years, Lainie Knox & daughter, Rachel Stock have focused their breeding program on producing Weimaraners true to correct breed type having sound conformation, excellent temperaments & good health.

The success of our breeding program is recognized by our many HOME BRED Champions including International, Supreme, Grand Champions as well as Field and Obedience trial champions. The Best of Breed winners at Sydney Royal in 2017 again in 2018, judged by internationally respected judges, were bred by Ashlaren

We have owned and loved weimaraners for over 40 years. My love affair with this wonderful breed began 21 years ago in 2003 with my first Weimaraner 'Sami' (Ch Feldjaeger Kameo)

My 'ASHBOLT' prefix was registered in 2009 and is Home to Multi Titled dogs including Australia's Youngest Owner, Bred & Handled Supreme Champion Weimaraner 'Lucas'.

I am passionate about preserving the Weimaraner's athletic appearance, natural working ability and soundness of mind and body.
I strive to promote their trainability and versatility as an 'all round' sporting dog by successfully competing in various disciplines.
From my first litter in 2010 I kept "Lucas" SUPREME Ch Ashbolt Ark Royal RN TD ET who excelled in the showring since his debut in June that year. He's a multiple Best in Show winner both here and interstate under Judges from around the World. He also accumulated various Dog Sport Titles in Obedience, Tracking, Endurance and has competed and placed in Retrieving Trials.
A perfect example of what 'ASHBOLT' strives for.
In 2018 I had my second litter sired by 'Lucas'. His son 'Marcus' GRAND Ch Ashbolt High Class (AI) RN TD ET JC is showing the many natural abilities of his parents. He gained the Tracking Dog Title at just 8 months of age and his Conformation Title shortly after. Like his sire he is an All Breeds Best in Show, RU Best in Show and multiple Best in Group winner.
Athletic, intelligent and versatile he also has titles in various Dog Sports.

GUNCLIP

Since 1978 Gunclip is the home of 40 Champions,not including a Kelpie and a Boxer. All dogs at Gunclip are hip scored before being bred from. I have in the past imported two Gunalt dogs from the U.K. I breed for good sound stock with impeccable temperaments, Gunclip dogs have also done well in tracking & obedience. I am especially proud of Gunclip Frog Brigade & Gunclip Smokey Jade owned by Bev Auld with many titles to their names, also Gunclip Cosmopolitan owned by Holly Cassin with a TDX5. Other Gunclips have done well in the show ring including Ms L. Fergusson's Aust Ch & TD Gunclip Live Wire, Best of Breed Winner 2013 Perth Royal Show, Plus Mr. N. Speed's Gunclip dog's and their off Spring shown in NSW.

I have predominantly had smooth Wiemaraners but in 2008 I purchased my first long hair A/Ch Silveroday Edward Bear and have enjoyed much success with this wonderful dog not only in the show ring but as a wonderful Sire.

A small private establishment, no dogs are kept in kennels, being allowed to run free in paddocks with the benefit of sunshine and fresh air.
