My love affair with this wonderful breed began 21 years ago in 2003 with my first Weimaraner 'Sami' (Ch Feldjaeger Kameo) My 'ASHBOLT' prefix was registered in 2009 and is Home to Multi Titled dogs including Australia's Youngest Owner, Bred & Handled Supreme Champion Weimaraner 'Lucas'. I am passionate about preserving the Weimaraner's athletic appearance, natural working ability and soundness of mind and body. I strive to promote their trainability and versatility as an 'all round' sporting dog by successfully competing in various disciplines. From my first litter in 2010 I kept "Lucas" SUPREME Ch Ashbolt Ark Royal RN TD ET who excelled in the showring since his debut in June that year. He's a multiple Best in Show winner both here and interstate under Judges from around the World. He also accumulated various Dog Sport Titles in Obedience, Tracking, Endurance and has competed and placed in Retrieving Trials. A perfect example of what 'ASHBOLT' strives for. In 2018 I had my second litter sired by 'Lucas'. His son 'Marcus' GRAND Ch Ashbolt High Class (AI) RN TD ET JC is showing the many natural abilities of his parents. He gained the Tracking Dog Title at just 8 months of age and his Conformation Title shortly after. Like his sire he is an All Breeds Best in Show, RU Best in Show and multiple Best in Group winner. Athletic, intelligent and versatile he also has titles in various Dog Sports. My dogs are Hip/Elbow Scored and DNA Tested for hereditary diseases.

SILVERODHAR breeding true to type 2024 has seen us being part of this breed for a fantastic 34 years .We couldn't imagine life on the farm without one of these beautiful majestic grey dogs in it. We are only a small kennel situated in Clunes Victoria striving to breed dogs true to type. We only breed very occasionally, and our puppies are very important to us and will only go to family's that can offer them the very best of homes. Established in 1990 Silverodhar Weimaraner's is extremely excited to announce that we are expecting the arrival of puppies in December. This is our first litter after a fifteen-year break from breeding these beautiful dogs. Our beautiful Maggie (Aus Ch Bromhund Makin Magic) has been bred to the handsome Jagger (Aus Ch Bromhund you're so vain) both parents have been DNA tested, and hip and elbow scored. These puppies will be raised in a fantastic farm environment with people and animals. When purchasing a puppy from Silverodhar Weimaraner's you can expect your puppy to come to you registered with dogs Victoria, microchipped, vaccinated and vet checked. They will leave us to go to their new families with an extensive puppy pack and support for you puppy is only ever a phone call away. Unfortunately choosing your puppy is no longer available these days. Your puppy will be carefully matched to its new family and whilst you do not get to choose, you're very welcome to come to the farm for a visit and talk about your preferences. This approach may not suit everyone, but we want our puppies to match their family and make sure they are going to have a great life with their new family.
