Valleyriver Kennels has been my dream since I was a teenager and now forty years later and on the other side of the world we live on a 5 acre block with tons of room for the dogs to run around and no neighbours within sight or sound. Our dogs are first and foremost our pets, they sleep inside with us and we have rotas for the sofas!

Our aim is to produce show ring quality Staffords but nothing is more important to us than temperament. We want stunning dogs with that wonderful loving nature that the breed is famous for. All our dogs are DNA tested and clear and there is no history of allergies or skin conditions in our lines.

Our foundation bitch and matriarch of Valleyriver is Keira (Foxestown Catherine Ellen). She has the very best bloodlines behind her and has a sister, brother, father, uncle, grandmother, grandfather etc all Champions in the show ring. She has correct conformation and is very intelligent as well as beautiful in looks and nature.

Our puppies are sold with a contract stating they are not to be used for breeding or showing. However, we can easily lift the showing restriction. Valleyriver offers lifetime support to all our puppy families.

We have been established since 1986 in this time we have had great success with our dogs in the show ring at Royals, Specialty and All Breeds shows as well as a successfull breeding program having breed 8 Australian Champions.
We currently have 4 dogs at home Lilly being our oldest, Finn, Harlin and Doris.
All our dogs are L2-HCA, HC clear and PHPV unaffected, with certificates to view upon request.
We don't breed blue and Don't breed to profit, and only breed on average once a year.

Hi we are a family-owned kennel, we have been breeding dogs for over 25 years, have been registered with our beautiful staffy family for 8yrs, our dogs are brought up with family they go and do everything with us, they sleep on our bed, ok they sleep in, under and on top of us in our bed at night, they help us with everything, in the garden in our faces on our laps, under the cars with us licking our face, doing the housework killing the vacuum cleaner, ok anything that moves really, Staffies are also called Grandma dogs they love everyone, but have special bond with kids or anyone that needs a little helping hand.
