We have been mentored by very well regarded and experienced Nippo breeders and pay particular attention to the Nippo breed standard. A standard which has been formed and maintained by the Japanese Dog Preservation Society (Nippo) and is the standard that has informed the current FCI standard.

Our Shibas excel under international breed specialists and have also held their own in the all breeds arena.

BEWARE - There are still scammers online now who are taking money from people wanting a Shiba pup. PLEASE do your homework. A bit of effort in the beginning of your search for a puppy will save you a lot of heartache.

We have several litters planned for 2023 - including one due later in April 2023 and other girls have been mated & all going well, are due in the coming months. It is likely we will have pups available from these litters & we welcome your enquiry.

All puppy or older dog enquiries need to go through the Application for the Wait List on the website - although you are welcome to contact me direct for show enquiries.
We are always on the look-out to see quality pups in the ring and only pups going into the show ring will be available on the Main Register - all other pups are on the Limited Register, not for breeding or showing.

We conduct health testing on all our dogs prior to breeding - AVA hip & elbow, patella grading and eye testing - copies of parental health clearances are provided with pups.

Any enquiries for use of one of our dogs at stud will only be considered if the bitch is registered on the Main Register with the pedigree papers are in your name (or overseas equivalent) and she has been fully health tested to our satisfaction prior to breeding.

KAIKATSU

We have only had this breed since 2014, a bitch from the Snowstars kennel, however have been successfully showing and breeding Pomeranians and Standard Poodles in excess of 30 years. In 2015 we imported our male, Taiyou, from the famous Kagiyasou kennel in Japan bred by Mr Mori.

We purchased a bitch in 2016 with the type of Japanese lines we would like to continue. We acquired a stud puppy in 2017, having kept a bitch from our own prefix in 2016. We have titled all 7 of our showdogs to their Champion status. In 2019 we were fortunate to source a UK bred male from Japanese lines from Rakurai kennels. Taiyou our Japanese dog has achieved his Supreme title winning 2 x Best in Show and 2 x Runner up Best in Show. He was top Shiba Inu Australia 2018 (Dogzonline) Taiyou won Best of Breed at Brisbane Royal 2016 Chie Ejima - Japan and in 2017 as well as Best of Breed Sept 2016 under specialist Mr Satoshi Besho (Japan) July 2018. Now campaigning a grandaughter of his.

Taiyou is available at stud to approved bitches with conditions.

Kaikatsu new owners are carefully selected. WE DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS

We expect our new owners to visit and meet us and our dogs irrespective of your location, or video call from more remote places.

Welcome to Azincourt Kennels. We have over 15yrs of experience with Shiba Inu's. We are a small kennel situated on the Mid North Coast is NSW we are focussed on breeding sound and healthy puppies, they are raised in a loving family environment.

Itabass started with American Akitas over 10 years ago with a few Australian Champions and then introduced the Japanese Akita which grew into a passion for the Japanese breeds.

We imported our first pair of Shibas in 2022, Our dogs have Hip/Elbow scores and DNA testing done.

OKINIIRI

Here at Okiniiri, we aim to breed for quality, soundness, health and temperament. All our Shibas are tested for hip and elbow, patella and eyes (gonioscopy).

Puppies are health-checked, vaccinated, de-wormed and microchipped. They come with a puppy pack and are registered with DogsNSW. We will also be available to answer any questions and offer advice throughout your puppy's life.

BEARANDFOX

We are a Shiba pet family who have owned the breed for 14 years. We have a litter of 4 female pups that will be available to approved homes ready to go around end September 2024. We are not fancy Breeders as such but are registered with ANKC as breeders so the pups can be registered as well. We are proud of our two dogs lines and personalities with our son of Monarkin Benny and a beautiful Kortmar Queen these pups will make wonderful family members.
