We have some lovely Shibas here including imported BIS winning Supreme Champions and homebred champions. All our dogs are fully health tested and come with a health guarantee.

Itabass started with American Akitas over 10 years ago with a few Australian Champions and then introduced the Japanese Akita which grew into a passion for the Japanese breeds. We imported our first pair of Shibas in 2022, Our dogs have Hip/Elbow scores and DNA testing done. A standard which has been formed and maintained by the Japanese Dog Preservation Society (Nippo) and is the standard that has informed the current FCI standard. Our Shibas excel under international breed specialists and have also held their own in the all breeds arena. We have 6 healthy pups born on 30th Nov 2024 . They will be ready for their new home February next year . We have 3 red boys , 2 red girls and 1 sesame girl.
