Shibalia is a family that has over 15 years’ experience in loving, ok obsessed with the Shiba Inu breed. Our focus is to breed toward the standard, temperament and health so that great quality Shiba's are available for you and your family. Alongside our team of Tibetan Mastiffs we have owned and shown Shiba Inu for several years. We have a lovely family of Shibas we share our home with, 3 stunning males and 6 Temzin bred girls. We take pride in showing our Shibas and so far most of our team have achieved the title of Australian Champion. All breeding dogs are health tested, HD (some ED as well), Patellas, eyes and DNA health panel. Type and especially temperament are very important to our breeding programme. A few puppies available occasionally, to select homes only. Puppies are reared in our home environment, socialised, collar & lead trained and toilet trained (outside on grass) before they go into their new homes with starter pack and lifetime support. I imported my two Shiba Inus from Japan in May of 2022. The female, Umeko (Japanese for plum child), is a beautiful even tempered girl who is very affectionate and loves nothing more then to cuddle up for some pats. The male, Ringo (Japanese for apple), is a typical shiba and is very aloof but worth the effort it takes to earn his trust. Please email [email protected] for all enquiries. Akakumo Kennel have owned and shown Shiba Inus for several years. We are also registered kennel with Japanese Dog Preservation Society (Nippo). We closely follow the Japanese Nippo breed standard and have been mentored by experienced Nippo breeders over the past a few years. Only one beautiful little lady left. Nicknamed 'Buttercup' by my daughters, she has the most beautiful, thick, luscious coat, and the cutest, curly tail ever! She is a chunky little monkey too, and so incredibly placid - nothing fazes sweet little Buttercup! Whilst her sisters thought their first hydrobath on Sunday was horrendous, Buttercup took it all in her normal cruisy style. She just kicked back and lay down for the whole experience! Not a worry in the world. She is literally amazing! We can't wait to see how she looks when her ears finally prick up - we bet she'll be absolutely stunning! Due to have her second vaccination with her sisters on Friday (at 10 weeks of age), Buttercup is ready to be welcomed into her new family any time from this weekend onwards. We raise happy, healthy, confident, affectionate Shibees in our family home. As a result, Buttercup can already use a doggie door and is nearly fully house-trained.
