My Favourite saying is ....'Once a Sheltie Owner always a Sheltie Owner '. With limited showing over the years I am very proud to have bred 17 Champions , plus 2 Dual Australian and New Zealand Champion with one being awarded ROMA status ( Register Of Merit Australia ) whom has sired 19 Champions in Australia and New Zealand . They are a lifetime breed that is ever alluring and loyal to their owners . Charmhill Shelties mix the best of Australian , European and UK bloodlines , adhering to our ANKC Breed Standard which is based on the UK Breed Standard , which includes the Shetland Islands the Country of Origin . My aim is to produce Shelties with that sweet expression that I love with the correct true UK breed type , along with well constructed movement , overall balance and temperment. All puppies are Eye Tested , Microchipped , Vaccinated and Vet checked , parents are DNA tested to ensure I am breeding with the best I can . All Shelties I retain here till adulthood are Hip scored upon Maturity . Puppies are raised in the home and well socialised with grandchildren . Although only a relatively small kennel Goldview Kennels were well on the way in 2005 when my first owned and bred sheltie "Goldview Taylamade" gained her title. I am proud to say that since then I have bred and shown several dogs through to their Championship titles, including Ch Goldview Bachelor Boy, Ch Goldview Satin N Lace who are from the same litter. Also Ch Goldview Hyland Cruiser, Ch Anscot Sandpiper and Ch Goldview On The Move .I only breed when I want a pup for myself and I get much pleasure in seeing my puppies go go to their new homes knowing they will be loved and true members of their new family.
Being on a rural property my dogs get plenty of running exercise which gives them strength and agility which is so important in a working breed.
I only breed to the correct UK standard and aim at all times to breed Shelties that are not only beautiful, but dogs that are sound and active as befitting a true working breed.

We have owned bred, worked and showed dogs for over 33 years our main breed being Alaskan Malamutes. We have owned Shetland Sheepdogs for the past 12 years and absolutely adore them. Our Shelties have been successful in the show ring at the highest levels. Most of all they are our loved babies. We do not breed often and make sure that the parents have been hip x-rayed and had a full DNA panel done. All our babies are eye screened between 7 and 8 weeks of age prior to going to their forever homes.

Taumata Autum's sire has been shown very successfully overseas with the following show results.
Hank was born in Germany and exported to the Ukraine as a pup by the world renown Hause of Rotvis Kennels. He has been shown to great success in Europe including at the ADRK Klub Sieger show in Germany. Hank has been purchased by Taumata Rottweilers and MKK Rottweilers of NZ. He has been transferred to our good friend Denis in Greece where he will be at stud until mid 2021, from there he will be imported into NZ.
