I first started showing in 1965 with a Miniature Schnauzer.My first Schnauzer adopted me in 1985 and then came the giant in 1994 since then we have bred 5 Grand Champion Schnauzers the first Male & Female in the breed.Our bloodlines have started some of the top winning kennels in Australia and have produced over 100 titled dogs that we know of many which are BIS BIG & Specialty winners We only breed when requiring new dogs for show or obedience over the years our dogs have been used in child handlers

They come vet checked, microchipped & vaccinated with a puppy information pack including diet & grooming guides. All puppies come with ANKC limit registration. Welcome to Grossbotwar Standard Schnauzers - a family breeding for show and pets. Our dogs live on our farm, together with our family, horses, cattle, sheep, hens and cats. The foundation of Grossbotwar Schnauzers is Grand Champion lines from breeders aiming to improve the quality of Standard Schnauzers in Australia and overseas. We are a small breeder of Standard Salt and Pepper Schnauzers located in Tweed Heads (NSW/QLD border). We have only one girl (Lexie) and she is our third child. Lexie is much loved family dog. She has the most wonderful personality, she is very clever dog and she is amazing with little kids. All our puppies are raised inside the family home with two young children, with plenty of love, attention and cuddles. They have their own bedroom for the comfort and fully fenced outside area to play as well. All pups are vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and registered with Dogs NSW. Our objective is Standard Schnauzers with wonderful temperaments, outstanding conformation, equally at home as champions in the show ring, as agility and obedience champions, and as the most adorable pets cuddling with their families in the lounge room. Many of our puppies have excelled at various dog sports, such as Lure Coursing and Nose Work, and a number are excelling as Therapy and Companion Dogs. We combine the best of Australian Standard Schnauzer blood-lines with the best of international bloodlines to provide our Swashbuckle families with amazing dogs of great genetic diversity and soundness. All of our girls are tested for DCM, hip-scored, and have full genetic mark-ups to help ensure our puppies are vibrant and healthy.
