Many of our dogs have excelled in the obedience ring, gaining CD and CDX titles. We have had three imported males. These dogs are all heavily bred on the world famous Zamoyski lines from the UK. We strive to produce beautiful and sound dogs of the correct type. All of our dogs are hip and Elbow X-Rayed. They have had Eye Testing done and clear results.

We are a small kennel located in the Hunter Region 2 hours north of Sydney in NSW. We breed carefully from quality Australian, English and European lines to produce sound, healthy and happy puppies to go to loving homes, and we can arrange for transport anywhere in Australia or Overseas. Our dogs are first and foremost a part of our family and share in most of our activities, (although we do hope that they stop chasing our chooks some time soon!) We have also enjoyed showing our dogs, starting in Victoria in 1994, and now involved in NSW since we moved here in late 2006. Our limited and selective breeding programme is aimed at producing quality, NOT quantity and has resulted in multi Best In Show & Best In Show Specialty winners (as well as pointscore winners) covering five states and two countries. Our Royal successes also extend over four states. We continue to be proud of our correct type, soundness and loving temperaments. The combination of Australian, New Zealand, English and European lines in our pedigrees has produced some stunning dogs and some even more magnificent bitches. In fact, the first 2 Supreme Champion bitches and the first 3 Grand Champion bitches in Australia were all Dawnsnow girls. We got our first Samoyed in 1978 just after I saw a Sammy for the first time, first as pets, then we started to show and breed, but always they are our pets or more to the point, part of our family. It is very rare to see me in a car without a Sammy with me, I have one as a companion pretty much everywhere I go. We aim to breed our Samoyeds to the English standard, coats and heads are very important to us, a Sammy must firstly look like a Sammy. Our puppies are brought up inside our house so they are part of the family from the day they open their eyes. Our Sammies are house dogs, part of the family. We find we do not have to spend much time at all to keep our dogs coats in top condition, even though we live on a rural property. Showing is hard for us these days with business commitments but aim to get the babies out to socialize them when we can.
