We are a small family kennel dedicated to breeding the Irish Terrier to the correct standard to produce beautiful dogs with excellent health, temperament, and soundness. Our dogs are of top-winning Irish Terrier bloodlines that excel in the show ring as well as loving family pets with their love and loyalty. This breed is like no other, they are smart and easily trainable, playful, energetic, loving, and gentle with the feistiness of the terrier in just the right size. Our puppies are raised in a loving family environment, they are well socialised with children and other dogs. When leaving us they are microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, health checked, and come with a puppy starter pack. We offer lifelong relationships with our puppy owners and provide advice and guidance be it training for dog shows, sports, or obedience. We are planning puppies mid-year 2024

My experience has been only short showing and breeding Irish Terriers but every day my family fall more and more in love with the breed, you will too.

The Irish is one of the oldest breeds of terrier and originates from rural life in Ireland. Due to its loyalty and courage the Irish became popular at the turn of last century and was known as the “gentleman’s dog.” These are the traits that this breed is still known for today. Awildian maintain both looks and temperament in our dogs and are dedicated to upholding the integrity of the breed in Australia. Our dogs have plenty of ‘pluck’ as terriers do. They equally love companionship of an evening, curled up at your feet, calm & relaxed. We live approximately halfway between Melbourne and Adelaide in a small rural town. I have been involved with Irish Terriers for nearly 20 years and think they are the most wonderful breed ever! They are an energetic, fun loving dog that love people's company, especially children. They love to exercise and play but also can be quite content just laying in the sun. They are a healthy breed with a weatherproof coat and can live indoors or out. They have a gentle nature but are true Terriers when the situation warrants it. My pups are house raised and come from parents with wonderful natures. I have been quite successful with showing my dogs, winning Melbourne Royal with 3 of them. My dog, D'arcy is Australia's First Supreme Champion of the breed and his nature makes him a wonderful ambassador for the breed. I am always happy to talk to anyone about these dogs.

STANDARD Long Haired Dachshunds Approximately 10kgs to 14 kgs in weight. Black and tan female puppy - born 28 August 2024 - available for sale to approved home as a pet only - not for breeding. My puppies are raised in the house as babies, then are in a dedicated area attached to the house with access to a grass play space during the day. This assists with their toilet training as they have learnt to go out to the grass to toilet. They are used to the noise of daily life - lawn mower, dogs barking from nearby, radio. These puppies have had two vaccinations, have a registered microchip and have been wormed regularly. An information pack, including diet and care advice, comes with the puppy. A Limited Register pedigree issued by Dogs West will be provided. Beautiful young red male puppies were born 23 August 2024, now 12 weeks. They were raised in the house in the house and well socialised with my clients, dogs and cats.
