Katsto Standard Poodles located Gippsland, Vic. I only bred and raised my first litter in 2022. But to despite this I have been around dogs, breeding and showing my whole life. I got my first standard poodle when I was 16, that is a long time ago! I am very fortunate that I have had some of the best mentors in the bred during my life and are very grateful to have these people as mentors and friends. Alot of these people over the years have entrusted me with their dogs and dogs of their breeding programs, which has allowed me to be where I am now with my dogs and breeding. My dogs first and foremost are members of my family and are dogs first and show dogs second. They love spending time within my home, in the backyard, paddock or individual runs when required. We get great enjoyment from attending dog shows and getting out and about in the public with our dogs to promote the bred. Health and fit for purpose are my focus with my dogs, and I strongly believe if you get these correct to the best of your ability you achieve what everyone is looking for a good family member, a good show or dog sports dog, a good support dog. My love is of Blue/Silver Poodles, and I dream to one day have one that is a great show dog and will continue to strive to this, but also are aware Color cannot be the only focus it is just a bonus if you achieve what you desire. Breeding apricot, red puppies from imported and Australian lines, all parents are tested prior to breeding. Puppies are whelped and raised in a home environment. Puppies available on limited registration.

We are the Proud owners of Lady Electra. She is an amazing and sweet natured Beautiful Black Standard Poodle. She is living amongst all our toy poodles and she thinks she is as small as them. Hoping one day she has the opportunity to become a mum as she loves little puppies

Taking Expressions of Interest - Puppies will be ready to leave us Feb 2025 We are expecting more puppies than anticipated so have opened our waiting list for a few more families. Sire: Ch Shatar Just A Gigolo "Jagger" - silver (import NZ) Dam: Ch Katsto Devil On The West Side "Rory" - blue Puppies will be a mixture of Silver and Blues; we will not have White or Black with this combination. Parents are Health Tested, and a level 8 Breeding on Better Bred for Genetic diversity. Puppies will be raised in our home as part of our family. We will be ensuring that puppies are exposed to as many experiences as possible in the time they are with us. We follow the principals of Puppy culture and Early Neurological Stimulation and continue these protocols until the puppies are ready for their forever homes. Puppies will leave us registered on Dog Victoria Limited Registration, not for breeding. Show homes may be considered. Our puppies are part of our family, and we love to be kept updated as they grow and will always have a home back with us/ or help find a suitable home if circumstances ever change. We have two beautiful white girls available. Parents are both Australian Champions, and health tested. Both sire and dam have European lines, adding to diversity. We are excited to announce that between Jazmine and Marlon we will have puppies in the house again very soon :) Both parents have excellent temperaments and health tests including DNA clear. We raise puppies with current knowledge of best practice to promote positive developmental milestones. We raise our puppies with Puppy Culture and Early Neurological Stimulation. We work on puppy manners, crate training, potty training, weekly grooming and assess their temperament to help match puppies with their homes at 9 weeks. As poodle owners for over 30 years we wish to see the best of the breed maintained by breeding healthy, strong dogs with great temperament. Our dogs are DNA tested, health checked and hip scored with excelled results. They live with us in our home, are obedience trained. As a Psychologist I work with our Therapy dogs in the mental health field, the puppies are also given exposure to a number of environments including hospitals. We are looking forward to talking with you and provide the puppies with homes that can give them a happy life.
