Poodles have a long history as iconic active companion dogs. We aim to produce superb smart and robust black companion dogs that can be successful in the conformation ring, have fun in the Obedience ring and snuggle on the settee at home. We normally run puppies on to 12 weeks old, so they have been vaccinated, micro-chipped, vet checked, DNA checked for PRA and ancestry, and registered with DogsNZ. These are "bigger" Miniature Poodles - the boys normally reach the top of the breed standard shoulder height of 380 mm. They enjoy and benefit from regular work and need fences, training, regular grooming, and an active home environment. We occasionally have older (ex) breeding dogs to go as "pets only" to homes that can give them an active and loving lifestyle.
