We're a small, farm based kennel dedicated to breeding healthy dogs that have correct conformation and excellent temperaments. Our foundation breeding dogs combine some of the best local and imported bloodlines available in NZ. In the short time i have owned and shown Pippa she has had a very successful show career, the highlight being Runner up Best in Show at the Bathurst and District Kennel Club in May 2014. In 2014 she has won 4 Best in Group under both local and overseas Judges, as well as numerous Class in Group and Class in Show wins and all before she has turned 3 years. I look forward to more exciting times with my little black devils. Into 2019 an i am very proud to announce that pippa attained her grand champion title in 2018 and many of those points are a result of winning 9 best in group, she is very close to attaining her supreme title.

OUR STORY

In 1998 Philip and Paula Semmel were granted the stud prefix Hapipet and had their first litter. This produced the superb Schipperke Grand Champion Hapipet Hobbits Pride.

Hapipet uses the ANKC standard for Schipperkes as its breeding target. It breeds infrequently to re-stock.

Hapipet Kennels also seeks to demonstrate the ability of the Schipperke to be a canine all-rounder via its involvement in Conformation, Obedience, Agility and Endurance.

At Hapipet Kennels each Schipperke is a member of the household, which provides a productive atmosphere for socialisation and the development of excellent temperaments.

Philip and Paula have committed themselves to the cause of the Schipperke in Australia, between them serving at various times as President and Secretary of the Schipperke Club of Victoria and the Non Sporting Dog Club of Victoria, and Obedience Instructor and Committee member at Northern Obedience Dog Club.

Adorin Schipperkes specialises in fine quality Schipperkes and our aim is to breed 'friends for life'. Here at Adorin, our aim is to produce the all round Schip, with an emphasis on fine conformation, a wonderful outgoing temperament, and good health and vitality. We aim to breed versatile Schipperkes that can do anything their owners would like them to. We do not compromise on health, temperament, or structure. At Adorin, if you are not going to breed up, why breed at all???

Our dogs are raised and housed in a loving home environment and are all well socialised and well trained. No kennel runs here!!! We take part in conformation shows, Agility, Dances with Dogs and Rally Obedience trials.

Adorin Schipperkes is run by Rochelle Manderson, past President, Vice-President, and Newsletter Editor of the Schipperke Club of Victoria, newsletter editor of the Non Sporting Dog Club of Victoria, and Agility/Obedience Instructor at Warringal Obedience Dog Club. I am also a member of the Schipperke Association of NSW, and the Agility Dog Club of Victoria.
