The Amasa Kennel has been the home of some of Australia's top-winning dogs for over 40 years, it is a name that represents quality in the Great Dane community.

In 2022, Sacha Packer took over the reins and welcomed a new breed with an import from the Czech Republic, a Standard Xoloitzcuintle. Belmont otherwise known as FR. JCH. SK. JR CH. EU JW 2022 BIS A2O. CH. SUP. CH. Belmont Kitlali De Citlalicue (imp Cze) RN. TK.S. ET. {ETD CGC CCF1 PKD-T} quickly showed that he was a dog that would positively contribute to the future of breeding programs in Australia. Belmont is currently the #1 Standard Xolo for 2024.

Belmont holds 13 titles across conformation, sports & temperament - He is fully health tested: hips, elbows, DNA genetic testing of over 200 diseases, thyroid, heart, eyes & temperament. Belmont is a sweet & sassy dog who makes us laugh every day.

In June 2024, we had a litter of Standard's with the beautiful Dam, Australian Champion Folkvar Alfenique, we look forward to seeing their babies in the conformation and sporting ring.

We will not be breeding another litter until around 2027/2028.

Producing quality pet and show hairless dogs for twenty four years, now involved with xolos. Proud to be the first to Introduce the Xoloitzcuintle to Australasia in 2009. The Xoloitzcuintle has been shown in Australia since July 2010, importing our own competition for several years. We are fortunate to have been successful with great highlights both at class, group and in show with imports and our puppies. The first Grand Champion, Supreme Champion. Australian Bred Ch, and Multi Best in Show including a Royal Show BIS, Multi Royal BIG wins as well as the first Obedience titled Xolo.
Our pet owners are very important to us and we offer 24/7 support and have a very active FB group for information, tips and tricks. The breed is a primitive breed and therefore not suited to everyone, We do not believe in placing all dogs in the show ring as not all meet our expectations, therefore we have beautiful pets available to great homes. . PLEASE research the breed and your "breeders" fully before making any commitments, it’s important to form a bond with your breeder. All pets are sold desexed and show dogs ALL co owned by Wazzat due to requiring age appropriate health testing as per our ethics,

After admiring Xoloitzcuintle for a few years, 2017 saw the arrival from Russia from the highly respected Valeria Kablova of Sonderwol Legend Zap.
Valley quickly made a name for himself in and out of the ring with his outstanding temperament and love for all people and making friends with dogs big and small.
His Australian title came quickly with BIG, RUBIG, RUBIS and numerous Class in Group, Class in Show.
Valley’s Grand title was obtained in 2019.
Valley is proudly co-owned by myself and Sheree Richards of Sherabill (QLD)

Our next Xoloitzcuintle to arrive from Russia was Chilli- Amfitrita Garnet Iz Kanekso. She too gained her Australian title including Classes in Group.
Chilli is also co-owned by myself and Sheree.

The next generation has arrived with Valley’s first son Hunter - Sherabill El Torito , showing that he will be a chip of the old block.

Liliah is situated on the Mornington Peninsula of Victoria’s beautiful coastline.

The first registered In Victoria litter of Standard Xoloitzcuintle is due in April 2021.

Late 2017 saw the arrival of our first standard Xolo ‘Valley’ Ch.Sonderwol Legend Zap From well respected breeder Valeria Kablova in Russia.Valley is a BIG/RUIG/class In Show and RUNNER UP BEST IN SHOW winner and we thank all the judges both Australian and International who have recognised Valleys outstanding quality.
Mid 2018 we were joined by Ch Wazzat Feva(AI)(Eva) an outstanding example of the breed and a beautiful girl to not only show with pride but to live with.Eva will be mated to Valley in the near future and we are very excited to see what this stunning pair will produce.
Early 2019 will see the arrival of our first female imported Xoloitzcuintle again from Russia and again pure Mexican bloodlines and an absolute assett to have in Australia.
These Three dogs will be the base for our foundation Standard Xoloitzcuintle.
Early 2019 also saw the addition of Australia’s FIRST Red Standard Xoloitzcuintle Wazzat Itchtaca.Taca is a gorgeous loving boy with an outstanding temperament and a lot of fun to show.

I am excited to announce that that long awaited litter from my amazing bitch OGARAF ANYA with the new stunning and very handsome stud CH. TVORIMIR RAMBO owned by Svetlana Belousova (0422023049) has arrived sound and safe. There are 5 boys and 1 girl. These puppies were born on the 23/06/2024, and are now over 6weeks.

They are all attended their vet to have their microchip implanted and have passed their first physical examination with flying colours. In addition, they have been vaccinated and in addition, they have been genetically tested (now awaiting for results).

Black Russian Terrier pups Born 17 September Ready to go to new homes at the end of November. 1 boy (HUU carrier pet home only) 1 girl (HUU clear show/breed home) very big personality will make a beautiful sassy show dog. Health testing available to view from both parents, we welcome visitors to come and meet us and our pups and Dam. All pups are DNA screened, registered with Dogs NZ and the companion animal register prior to leaving the kennel as well as coming with an extensive puppy pack and lifetime breeder support. All puppies also complete both an ESI and ENS program between 3-16 days old. Pups spend most of their time outside playing and exploring although have free access to come back inside as they want.
