Our dogs are far more than a business to us - they’re family. We breed responsibly and pay special attention to minimizing any known hereditary diseases by having our parent animals' health and DNA tested by a certified vet. Full comprehensive DNA, Patella scores & Cardiac certificates. I have imported my dogs from Australia and America to help diversify and extend the genetic breed pool. I am passionate about preserving the breed. We do a range of activities with our dogs - Breed and conformation showing, trick titles, obedience, agility, canine good citizen basics. They are raised in the family home with our children and extended family, and happily join in on all of our adventures. Beach days, tramping and river walks are some of our favourite activities. Our dogs will be often found on the surfboard or kayak with the kids enjoying all our summer adventures, OR cuddled up under a blanket watching movies. We screen all potential homes and have restrictions in place to ensure our puppies head off to the right families.

Pinquest is a small kennel located in the central North Island of NZ. Proud Massey University qualified Vet Nurse breeder of multiple champions and age class in group and in show winners from very limited litters, always looking to improve while keeping true to the breed standard with sound temperaments and good health test results. The first and thus far only miniature pinscher breeder to OFFA Patella Score and Congenital Cardiac Evaluate in NZ. All dogs and puppies raised and kept in my home together as part of the family-no 'kennel dogs' here! There are not many legitimate breeders of Miniature Pinschers in NZ (there are many puppy mills), please do your homework, your min pin will be a member of your family for up to 15 years. I have chosen not to dock since 2012 and now cannot. Home to Ivy, NZ's first Min Pin to achieve Canine Good Citizen. Ivy is also NZ's first Min Pin to achieve her Platinum Certificate of Merit! Expressions of interest welcomed for two red girls at this stage, decision to be made about the black & tan a bit later on. ON BEHALF: Miniature Pinscher red neutered male-in Auckland Bowie is looking for his new forever home. He needs to have a dog buddy as he does not cope being an only child. He is 8 years old in September. He loves going for long walks and hunting rabbits and birds. Is previous owners loved him to bits but had to move into a retirement village where they could not take him. He has always lived out in the country so is not use to the hustle and bustle of the suburbs. We have had him for a few months he gets on well with all the dogs here at doggy paradise, he does get a bit overwhelmed occasionally and goes and hides outside from it all. He is very affectionate but is wary of people he does not know. Has been attacked by a German Shepherd so does not like big dogs. He is very strong willed but soft as butter. Loves my mother follows her around everywhere when she comes to stay. He just needs his own person again I am in no hurry to rehome him as I would rather he goes in the spring or summer when it warms up a bit.
