Labrador Silver Coat Colour Warning - The National Labrador Retriever Breed Council (Australia) has issued a position statement for the Silver (or Platinum / Charcoal) Coat Colour. The Labrador only has 3 recognised colours - (Black, Yellow and Liver/Chocolate).

Backadri is a small family owned Kennel on the outskirts of Ballarat. Our dogs are part of our family and enjoy the freedom to explore our rural property as well as having access to the surrounding bushland. The aim of Backadri is to breed labradors from champion lines, that are true to type, sound and have wonderful temperaments with strong retrieving instincts. All our dogs have hip and elbow certificates, they have yearly eye tests and full DNA profile.

Our puppies are raised in a family environment and are well socialised. The puppies have been exposed to multiple stimuli, and handled daily. We believe that raising our puppies in this way gives them an optimal start and streamlines their adjustment to a new home. They are well socialised with children and love to interact.
Puppies will be wormed, vaccinated, microchipped and vet checked. Interstate travel can be arranged.
Puppies will come registered with Dogs Victoria on limited registration. Mains available pending further discussion.
Pups will come with a puppy bag consisting of small bag dry food, blanket, toy and information folder.
