Labrador Silver Coat Colour Warning - The National Labrador Retriever Breed Council (Australia) has issued a position statement for the Silver (or Platinum / Charcoal) Coat Colour. The Labrador only has 3 recognised colours - (Black, Yellow and Liver/Chocolate).

We are a small kennel, breeding for conformation, temperament and working ability. Our dogs are all involved in either showing, retrieving trials or hunting, but most of all are our much loved pets. Puppies sometimes available to approved homes.

Our girls are part of our family, they have a very loving, loyal and gentle nature, wanting only to please us at all times. They are hip/elbow scored & have clear eye certificates. We began breeding Labs to share with others what we have with our dogs. In a family environment, we have been rewarded greatly with the pleasure of rearing pups, to seeing them go to wonderful new homes, making both pup & people extremely happy.

Therapaws was born after our family welcomed and fell in love with a beautiful Labrador girl many years ago, who remains the heart of our world and the therapy dog for our child.
With the idea of producing the best quality Labradors to enrich the lives of others, Therapaws aims to breed puppies of sound health and conformation but specifically focusses on producing well socialised puppies with outstanding, well balanced temperaments. All Therapaws Labradors undergo health checks, hip and elbow scoring, DNA testing and eye health checks.
Our puppies are born and raised inside our home, resulting in them being socialised as soon as they are born to household noises and routines. Our puppies are played with by our children at 3-4 weeks of age to assist them in developing easy going, friendly temperaments. Our puppies are also introduced to our other dogs, cats, and chickens to ensure they are suitable to go to homes with other dogs and cats.

Wagador Labrador Retrievers is a small kennel located just outside of Geelong, Victoria.
We strive to breed for temperament, intelligence and personality as well as the ability to be a versatile dog. Ultimately to be a calm valued family member with an easy going nature.
Our dogs are carefully selected and have undergone intensive health testing. Including DNA testing, hip/elbow scoring and hold current eye certification.
We are new Labrador breeders, and we are excited to announce our first litter with Amber. Amber is a lovely yellow Labrador with beautiful faithful nature and temperament and is our family dog. She has been mated with a Fox Red Lab also with a lovely temperament and nature. We believe that their pups will be wonderful family pets.
Ambers’ pups will all be yellow with a variation from cream to fox red or a mix of both and they are due at the end of April 2023 and will be ready for their family homes at 8 weeks old.
Amber lives on a farm with her buddy “Pepper†and has many walks along the beach socialising with other dogs.
Both parents have good hip/elbow scores and have DNA tests.
The pups will be available with a puppy pack, containing information and copies of Pedigrees from their parents. Pups are available to be viewed from 6 weeks. The pups will be register with Dogs Victoria on the limited register.
All puppies are microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, vet checked, and registered with Dogs Victoria on the limited register
