I breed occasionally and although I don't keep a waiting list I like to get to know the potential owners of my pups well before I give the nod for one to come your way. Litters date expected can never be exact as bitches do not always follow instructions given, so month stated is a guesstimate. There are only a few IWS breeders operating in Australia so you may have to wait for a pup. If you decide to get another breed when you have asked for a Bunyarra IWS pup, please let me know . I understand fully but do not want to find out that many of my "homes" are no longer there when pups are already on the way. It is part of RESPONSIBLE breeding. Protecting the integrity of the Irish Water Spaniel's looks and personality according to the standards and history is paramount at Bunyarra. We have a gorgeous, sweetheart of a boy available from our current litter of 7. Hendrix is such a sweet gentle boy who is 12 weeks old and able to go to his new home now. All of our puppies are reared in the house (they are born in our lounge room) and stay there until 8 weeks of age. They grow up meeting everyone and hearing all the noises of a normal household, such as vacuums, TV's, radio's ect... They learn how to socialize properly with our older dogs, and are well socialised with people of all ages. Before our puppies go to their new homes we begin their teachings on a lead, we start house training, crate training and car riding. When they are ready to go to their new homes they will leave with a bag of food (if picked up from us), a booklet of information for the new owners, a blanket, some toys, treats, their own lead and collar set.
